Abstract

The present invention provides Interferon-Like (IFN-L) polypeptides and nucleic acid molecules encoding the same. The invention also provides selective binding agents, vectors, host cells, and methods for producing IFN-L polypeptides. The invention further provides pharmaceutical compositions and methods for the diagnosis, treatment, amelioration, and/or prevention of diseases, disorders, and conditions associated with IFN-L polypeptides.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An antibody that specifically binds the polypeptide comprising the amino acid sequence as set forth in either SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 5, or a fragment thereof.

2 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a humanized antibody.

3 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a human antibody or fragment thereof.

4 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a polyclonal antibody or fragment thereof.

5 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a monoclonal antibody or fragment thereof.

6 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a chimeric antibody or fragment thereof.

7 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a CDR-grafted antibody or fragment thereof.

8 . The antibody of claim 1 that is a variable region fragment.

9 . The variable region fragment of claim 1 that is a Fab or a Fab′ fragment.

10 . The antibody of claim 1 that is bound to a detectable label.

11 . A antibody produced by immunizing an animal with a polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence of either SEQ ID NO: 2 or SEQ ID NO: 5.

12 . A hybridoma which produces an antibody which is capable of binding a polypeptide according to any of claim 1 .
