Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 - 21 . (canceled)

22 . A method of treating cancer in a patient comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of an antibody that specifically binds human TGFβ receptor II (TGFβRII), wherein the antibody comprises the light chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 and the heavy chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 37, and wherein the cancer is breast, pancreatic, melanoma or colon.

23 . The method of claim 22 , wherein the cancer is breast cancer and wherein the method further comprises administering an effective amount of cyclophosphamide to the patient simultaneously, separately or sequentially with the administration of the antibody.

24 . A method of treating fibrosis or fibrotic disease in a patient comprising administering to the patient an effective amount of an antibody comprising a light chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 4 and a heavy chain amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 37.
