Abstract

Provided is a rolled H-section steel having a web and flanges. The rolled H-section steel satisfies the following Expression (1) when H is the height of the rolled H-section steel, and B is the breadth of the flanges. The tensile strength is 400 to 510 N/mm 2 . The rolled H-section steel satisfies the following Expressions (2) and (3), when the plate thickness of the flanges is t 2 , and the design yield stress of a steel material of the rolled H-section steel is F(N/mm 2 ). 1 . A rolled H-section steel having a web and flanges, wherein:
 the rolled H-section steel satisfies a following Expression (1) when H is a height of the rolled H-section steel, and B is a breadth of the flanges;   a tensile strength thereof is 400 to 510 N/mm 2 ; and   the rolled H-section steel satisfies following Expressions (2) and (3), when a plate thickness of the flanges is t 2  and a design yield stress of a steel material of the rolled H-section steel is F (N/mm 2 ).
