Abstract

A 3D dusting sheet comprising a base sheet, an electrostatic dusting sheet on the base sheet, and one or more linings disposed between the base sheet and the electrostatic dusting sheet, wherein the one or more linings bulge partially a main body of the electrostatic dusting sheet, such that a surface of the 3D dusting sheet becomes three-dimensional. Meanwhile, one or more three-dimensional spaces are formed on the surface of the 3D dusting sheet, whereby a large amount of dirt is gathered in the one or more three-dimensional spaces, and the effect of scraping and collecting the dust or dirt at the same time may be achieved by the 3D dusting sheet during cleaning.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A 3D dusting sheet, comprising:
a base sheet, an electrostatic dusting sheet on the base sheet, and one or more linings disposed between the base sheet and the electrostatic dusting sheet, wherein the one or more linings bulge partially a main body of the electrostatic dusting sheet, such that a surface of the 3D dusting sheet becomes three-dimensional; meanwhile, one or more three-dimensional spaces are formed on the surface of the 3D dusting sheet.

2 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the electrostatic dusting sheet includes a structure of plural layers, and a plurality of fins and a plurality of storage spaces are disposed in the electrostatic dusting sheet.

3 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the one or more linings consist of one or more cloth straps, and the cloth straps are disposed in the 3D dusting sheet at equal/unequal intervals.

4 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the one or more linings are superimposed.

5 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the one or more linings are disposed to be in a curve of S-shape.

6 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the electrostatic dusting sheet is made of ultra-electrostatic micro-porous fiber, and the base sheet is made of chemical fiber or natural fiber, in particular a non-woven fabric formed of fusible fiber.

7 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the one or more linings are made with leftovers from any manufacturing process of the 3D dusting sheet or made of additional materials.

8 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the 3D dusting sheet cooperates with a flat mop.

9 . A method for manufacturing a 3D dusting sheet, comprising the steps of:
preparing in advance a base sheet and an electrostatic dusting sheet which are rolled up; guiding the base sheet and the electrostatic dusting sheet which are rolled up to be continuous to a guide pulley respectively; during the process, the electrostatic dusting sheet is sent through a cutter wheel, whereby triangular fins are carved out on the electrostatic dusting sheet by the cutter wheel and storage spaces are formed; meanwhile, margins of the electrostatic dusting sheet are trimmed by the cutter wheel and trimmed-off leftovers are obtained; re-incorporating the leftovers of the electrostatic dusting sheet trimmed to be straps into the process by guiding means, so as to reuse the leftovers as linings and overlie the linings on the electrostatic dusting sheet in a required shape according to a required arrangement of the linings; combining the base sheet, the electrostatic dusting sheet, and the linings formed by the leftovers by fusion to form continuous 3D dusting sheet; trimming the prepared continuous 3D dusting sheet by cutting means to obtain a 3D dusting sheet with a desired length.

10 . The method for manufacturing a 3D dusting sheet of claim 9 , wherein ultrasonic spot welding is utilized to weld the base sheet, the electrostatic dusting sheet, and the linings by spot for reducing power consumption of welding apparatus.

11 . The method for manufacturing a 3D dusting sheet of claim 9 , wherein each layer of material and the linings are secured by physical stitching means.

12 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 1 , wherein the electrostatic dusting sheet is made of 100% of chemical fiber so as to cause electrostatic phenomenon spontaneously under friction.

13 . The 3D dusting sheet of claim 9 , wherein the electrostatic dusting sheet is imbued with negative voltage such that fibers of the electrostatic dusting sheet carry negative electrons to provide the electrostatic attraction effect.
