Abstract
A photographing apparatus is provided. The photographing apparatus includes a photographing unit, a display unit for displaying a screen image corresponding to light entering the photographing unit, a sensor which senses a motion of the photographing apparatus, a graphic processor which generates a plurality of guide images and a photographing focus for photographing a panoramic image and displays the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus on the screen image, and changes a position of the photographing focus according to the motion of the photographing apparatus, a controller for controlling the photographing unit to automatically photograph, if the photographing focus matches one of the plurality of guide images, and a storage unit which stores photographed image data panoramic image.

a photographing unit; a display unit for displaying a screen image; a sensing unit for sensing motion of the photographing apparatus; a graphic processor for displaying a plurality of guide images and a photographing focus on the screen image, and changing a position of the photographing focus depending on the motion of the photographing apparatus; a controller for controlling the photographing unit to automatically photograph, if the photographing focus matches one of the plurality of guide images; and a storage unit which stores photographed image data to make a panoramic image.
2 . The photographing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein,
if photographing is performed, the controller controls the graphic processor to delete a guide image that matches the photographing focus among the plurality of guide images.
3 . The photographing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein,
if photographing is performed, the controller controls the graphic processor to change a display state of a guide image that matches the photographing focus among the plurality of guide images.
4 . The photographing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein,
if photographing is performed as the photographing focus matches all of the plurality of guide images in sequence, or if a command to finish the photographing step is input, the controller generates panoramic image data by combining image data which has been photographed and stores the panoramic image data in the storage unit.
5 . The photographing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein,
if the photographing focus matches one of the plurality of guide images, the controller controls the photographing unit to perform the photographing and outputs at least one of a visual effect and a sound effect.
6 . The photographing apparatus of claim 1 , wherein,
the plurality of guide images are divided by a photographing direction in order to form a 360-degree spherical panoramic image, and are displayed in a plurality of lines on the screen image, wherein the maximum number of guide images are displayed in a center line and a number of guide images is gradually reduced from the center line to outer lines.
7 . The photographing apparatus of claim 6 , wherein,
if a panorama photographing mode is set, the controller controls the graphic processor to display the plurality of guide images in vertical and horizontal directions with reference to a center of a screen.
8 . The photographing apparatus of claim 7 , wherein
each of the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus are generated in a form corresponding to a reduced size of the screen image.
9 . A method for photographing a panoramic image of a photographing apparatus, the method comprising:
displaying a screen; generating a plurality of guide images and a photographing focus for photographing a panoramic image and displaying the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus on the screen image; changing a position of the photographing focus according to the motion of the photographing apparatus; and if the photographing focus matches one of the plurality of guide images, automatically photographing.
10 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising:
if photographing is performed by the photographing focus matching all of the plurality of guide images in sequence or if a command to finish the photographing is input, generating panoramic image by combining image data which has been photographed; and storing the panoramic image.
11 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising:
if the photographing is performed, deleting a guide image that matches the photographing focus of the plurality of guide images.
12 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising:
if the photographing is performed, changing a display state of a guide image that matches the photographing focus of the plurality of guide images.
13 . The method of claim 9 , further comprising:
if the photographing is performed, outputting at least one of a visual effect and a sound effect.
14 . The method of claim 9 , wherein,
the plurality of guide images are divided by a photographing direction in order to form a 360-degree spherical panoramic image, and are displayed in a plurality of lines on the screen image, wherein the maximum number of guide images are displayed at a center line and a number of guide images is gradually reduced from the center line to outer lines.
15 . The method of claim 14 , wherein,
generating the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus and displaying the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus on the screen image includes, if a panorama photographing mode is set, displaying the plurality of guide images in vertical and horizontal directions with reference to a center of a screen, wherein each of the plurality of guide images and the photographing focus are generated in a form corresponding to a reduced image of the screen image.Cited by (0)
