Composition for external preparation for skin

Abstract

The problem to be solved by the present invention is to provide a safe and efficacious therapeutic agent for dermatitis which is not only safe and efficacious for patients with dermatitis, in particular atopic dermatitis, but also significantly effective for severe cases that are judged to be intractable by conventional external preparations, and which is also safely applicable to affected areas such as the face and neck, as well as to subjects with sensitive skin, such as infants and females. Furthermore, the invention aims to provide an external preparation that is efficacious as skin care cosmetics having effects to improve elasticity and wrinkles of the skin, moisturizing effects, and hair-growth effects. The means for solving the problem is a skin external-preparation composition, in particular, a therapeutic agent for dermatitis or a skin texture-improving agent, having C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) as the active ingredient.

         31 . A therapeutic composition comprising:
 C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) for   dermatitis which shows an immune reaction to at least one of the allergens selected from house dust, mites, cedar, orchard grass, ragweed, egg white, and egg yolk,   atopic dermatitis,   eczema,   dermatitis that led up to steroid dermatitis,   rosacea-like dermatitis,   steroid-resistant dermatitis,   erythroderma,   erythroderma post-eczematosa,   rosacea or   any one of the foregoing dermatitises, to which tacrolimus is not applicable.   
     
     
         32 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) or B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is a chimeric peptide of CNP and BNP forming a ring structure by an intramolecular disulfide bond,
 in which CNP is CNP-22, CNP-53, or a peptide comprising any amino acid sequence with 5 or more consecutive amino acids in the amino acid sequence of CNP-22 or CNP-53, having deletion(s), substitution(s), or addition(s) of any amino acid(s),   and in which BNP is BNP-26, BNP-32, BNP-45, or a peptide comprising any amino acid sequence with 5 or more consecutive amino acids in the amino acid sequence of BNP-26, BNP-32 or BNP-45, having deletion(s), substitution(s), or addition(s) of any amino acid(s),   and wherein the chimeric peptide has CNP activity or BNP activity; or a derivative of the chimeric peptide.   
     
     
         33 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is CNP-22, CNP-53, or a CNP derivative in which any amino acid(s) in the amino acid sequence of CNP-22 or CNP-53 is/are deleted, substituted or added, and which has CNP activity. 
     
     
         34 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the C-type natriuretic peptide (CNP) is CNP-22. 
     
     
         35 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is BNP-26, BNP-32, BNP-45, or a BNP derivative in which any amino acid(s) in the amino acid sequence of BNP-26, BNP-32, or BNP-45 is/are deleted, substituted or added, and which has BNP activity. 
     
     
         36 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the B-type natriuretic peptide (BNP) is BNP-32. 
     
     
         37 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , which improves skin texture. 
     
     
         38 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the dermatitis is an inflammation associated with at least one of the rash symptoms selected from erythema, infiltrative erythema, lichenified lesion, scales, adhesion of crusts, eczema, abrasion, excoriation, prurigo nodularis, papule, erosions, infiltration, vesicle, and edema. 
     
     
         39 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 37 , wherein the dermatitis is an inflammation associated with at least one of the rash symptoms selected from erythema, infiltrative erythema, lichenified lesion, scales, adhesion of crusts, eczema, abrasion, excoriation, prurigo nodularis, papule, erosions, infiltration, vesicle, and edema. 
     
     
         40 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the dermatitis is dermatitis in at least one region selected from the face, neck, back, and arm(s). 
     
     
         41 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 37 , wherein the dermatitis is dermatitis in at least one of the regions selected from the face, neck, back, and arm(s). 
     
     
         42 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 38 , wherein the dermatitis is dermatitis in at least one of the regions selected from the face, neck, back, and arm(s). 
     
     
         43 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 39 , wherein the dermatitis is dermatitis in at least one of the regions selected from the face, neck, back, and arm(s). 
     
     
         44 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 31 , wherein the dosage form is the external preparation selected from ointment preparation, gel preparation, cream preparation, lotion preparation, liquid preparation, spray preparation, and patch preparation. 
     
     
         45 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 37 , wherein the dosage form is the external preparation selected from ointment preparation, gel preparation, cream preparation, lotion preparation, liquid preparation, spray preparation, and patch preparation. 
     
     
         46 . The therapeutic composition according to  claim 38 , wherein the dosage form is the external preparation selected from ointment preparation, gel preparation, cream preparation, lotion preparation, liquid preparation, spray preparation, and patch preparation.
