Abstract
An improved packaging machine is described, composed of a supporting and containing structure comprising at least one decompression chamber for a vacuum packaging of a product, the chamber being composed of at least one tank covered by at least one basculating bell suitable for welding through perimeter welding bars with which the bell is equipped, such machine being further equipped with communication means connected to processing means and to printing means, the communication means being adapted to transfer operating packaging data of the machine to the processing means and to the printing means.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A packaging machine comprising:
a) a supporting and containing structure, the supporting and containing structure comprising at least one decompression chamber for vacuum packaging a product, wherein the decompression chamber comprises at least one tank covered by at least one basculating bell, wherein the at least one basculating bell comprises perimeter welding bars, and wherein the at least one tank is adapted to contain products welded by the welding bars; and b) communication means connected to processing means and to printing means. wherein the communication means is adapted to transfer operating packaging data of the packaging machine to the processing means and to the printing means, and wherein the printing means is a printer or a label-printing machine adapted to print all or part of the operating packaging data on at least one adhesive label to be placed onto the product packaged by the packaging machine.
2 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the packaging machine further comprises at least one housing seat adapted to house therein the printing means.
3 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the supporting and containing structure further comprises at least one first access opening next to connections of extending devices for opening the basculating bell inside the supporting and containing structure.
4 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the packaging machine further comprises at least one power card, and the packaging machine further comprises at least one second access opening arranged next to the power card inside the supporting and containing structure.
5 . The packaging machine of claim 3 , wherein the first access opening is covered by at least one removable protecting panel.
6 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the supporting and containing structure further comprises at least one window or hole next to a visor of a pump within the supporting and containing structure.
7 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the packaging machine further comprises at least one lamellar transformer.
8 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the packaging machine further comprises protecting means against an overheating of the welding bars of the basculating bell, the protecting means being adapted to control an electric supply of the welding bars stopping the electric supply after a preset period of time.
9 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , wherein the packaging machine further comprises means for controlling and regulating an inlet speed of atmospheric air inside the decompression chamber.
10 . The packaging machine of claim 1 , where the operating packaging data is selected from the group consisting of batch number, expiry date, operator code and packaging date.
11 . The packaging machine of claim 4 , wherein the second access opening is covered by at least one removable protecting panel.Cited by (0)
