Abstract

A cleaning device is used for cleaning scrap blocking a spiral slot of a grinding plate. The cleaning device includes a base, a sliding device, and at least one blade. The base includes two sliding poles. The sliding device slidably sleeves on the two sliding poles. The at least one blade is fixed on the sliding device, and resists on a bottom surface of the spiral slot. When the grinding plate rotates, the at least one blade can slide in the spiral slot.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A cleaning device for cleaning scrap blocking a spiral slot of a grinding plate, the cleaning device comprising:
a base comprising two sliding poles, the two sliding poles arranged parallel to each other; a sliding device slidably sleeving on the two sliding poles, and at least one blade fixed on the sliding device, the at least one blade being configured for resisting on a bottom surface of the spiral slot and capable of sliding along the spiral slot to shovel the scrap if the grinding plate rotates.

2 . The cleaning device of claim 1 , wherein the base further comprises two supporting feet, and two opposite ends of each sliding pole are connected to the two supporting feet.

3 . The cleaning device of claim 1 , wherein the sliding device comprises a sliding plate, the sliding plate defines two parallel first through holes, each sliding pole passes through a corresponding first through hole.

4 . The cleaning device of claim 3 , wherein the sliding device further comprises at least one fixing plate detachably positioned on the sliding plate, each blade is detachably positioned on a corresponding fixing plate.

5 . The cleaning device of claim 4 , wherein the sliding plate defines a receiving groove and a first through slot communicating with the receiving groove, the sliding plate comprises at least one first screw, the at least one fixing plate is partially received in the receiving groove, each fixing plate defines a first screw hole corresponding to the first through slot, each first screw screws in a corresponding first screw hole through the first through slot.

6 . The cleaning device of claim 5 , wherein each fixing plate comprises at least one second screw, one end of each fixing plate defines a second through hole and a second screw hole communicating with the second through hole, the second through hole and the second screw hole are positioned outside the receiving groove, each blade inserts into a corresponding second through hole, each screw screws in a corresponding second screw hole and resists on a corresponding blade, and thus to fix the corresponding blade on a corresponding fixing plate.

7 . The cleaning device of claim 6 , wherein each blade comprises a main body and a connecting arm extending from the main body, the main body and the connecting arm cooperatively form an obtuse angle, the main body is configured for resisting on the spiral slot, the connecting arm inserts into a corresponding second through hole.

8 . The cleaning device of claim 1 , wherein the sliding device further comprises a dust collector, the dust collector comprises a nozzle configured for collecting the scrap.

9 . The cleaning device of claim 8 , wherein the dust collector and the at least one blade are fixed on two opposite sides of the sliding device.
