receiving, by a computer-based system capable of presenting a comparison, a response to a question, wherein the question is based on a psychographic profile, wherein the psychographic profile comprises at least one of customer interest information, customer habit information and customer taste information; and presenting, by the computer-based system and based on the response, a comparison of financial transaction accounts.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
customizing, by the computer-based system, a first financial transaction account based on a first feature of interest from a first plurality of financial transaction accounts, wherein the first feature of interest is obtained from the response; customizing, by the computer-based system, a second financial transaction account based on a second feature of interest from a second plurality of financial transaction accounts, wherein the second feature of interest is obtained from the response; and presenting, by the computer-based system, information describing the first financial transaction account and information describing the second financial transaction account, wherein the comparison is between the first financial transaction account and the second financial transaction account.
3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising matching the first feature of interest to at least one of a first plurality of features and a second plurality of features
4 . The method of claim 2 , wherein the first feature of interest is obtained from a response to a question.
5 . The method of claim 2 , wherein a first plurality of features are associated with the first plurality of financial transaction accounts and a second plurality of features are associated with a second plurality of financial transaction accounts.
6 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the question is a psychographic characteristic question.
7 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the response is a characteristic response to a psychographic characteristic question indicating a psychographic characteristic.
8 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising developing, by the computer-based system, a psychographic profile based on the response.
9 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising presenting a recommended financial transaction account.
10 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising presenting at least one of the first feature of interest and the second feature of interest.
11 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising enabling, by the computer-based system, building of a custom financial transaction account through interactive selection of one or more available features.
12 . The method of claim 1 , wherein at least one of the first feature and the second feature includes earning points based on use of a financial transaction account in connection with a type of transaction.
13 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the type of transaction is in a specific genre of goods or services.
14 . The method of claim 12 , wherein the type of transaction is with a specific merchant.
15 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising:
presenting, by the computer-based system, a second question relating to at least one of a first plurality of features and a second plurality of features, and presenting, by the computer-based system, a third plurality of features based on a second response to the second question.
16 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising presenting, by the computer-based system, ongoing recommendations based on the response.
17 . A method comprising:
customizing, by a computer-based system capable of customizing a financial transaction account, a first financial transaction account based on a first feature of interest from a first plurality of financial transaction accounts; customizing, by the computer-based system, a second financial transaction account based on a second feature of interest from a second plurality of financial transaction accounts; and presenting, by the computer-based system, information describing the first financial transaction account, describing the second financial transaction account, and a comparison between the first financial transaction account and the second financial transaction account.
18 . The method of claim 17 , further comprising matching the first feature of interest to at least one of a first plurality of features and a second plurality of features
19 . The method of claim 17 , wherein the first feature of interest is obtained from a response to a question.
20 . A system comprising:
a processor capable of presenting a comparison, a tangible, non-transitory memory configured to communicate with the processor, the tangible, non-transitory memory having instructions stored thereon that, in response to execution by the processor, cause the processor to be capable of performing operations comprising:
receiving, by the processor, a response to a question, wherein the question is based on a psychographic profile, wherein the psychographic profile comprises at least one of customer interest information, customer habit information and customer taste information; and
presenting, by the processor and based on the response, a comparison of financial transaction accounts.Cited by (0)
