Abstract
Provided is a liquid chromatograph system and method configured to accurately obtain measurements by minimizing deviations in measurements due to a transfer from one measurement method to another measurement method. An aspect of the system and method includes minimizing deviations in measurements when a measurement method from a measurement system of a liquid chromatograph is transferred to measurement system under high pressure and high velocity. Such a transfer includes deviations due to differences in analysis conditions. The present subject matter uses a dwell volume value so as to minimize a deviation of measurement result due to methods before and after transfer. Another aspect includes calculating a correction value when there is a deviation in the measurement result, and automatically reflecting the correction value for the method transfer.

A way of method transfer for a liquid chromatograph, comprising: a step of inputting data of a first column and a second column; and a step of transferring from a first method for using the first column to a second method for using the second column by utilizing the data of the first column and the data of the second column and a duel volume of a liquid chromatograph using the first column and a duel volume of a liquid chromatograph using the second column.
28 . A way of method transfer for a liquid chromatograph according to claim 27 , further comprising: a step of measuring a liquid chromatograph by utilizing the second method.
29 . A way of method transfer for a liquid chromatograph according to claim 27 , wherein a linear velocity for one of the first method or the second method is faster than a linear velocity for the other method.
30 . A way of method transfer for a liquid chromatograph according to claim 27 , wherein a pressure for one of the first method or the second method is higher than a pressure for the other method.

A liquid chromatograph system having: an injecting device for sucking sample solute; a liquid delivering device for delivering the sample solute; a column for separating the sample solute; a detecting device for detecting the separated sample solute; a first processing device for processing the detection result; and a panel device for displaying a liquid chromatograph based on the processed result, comprising: a second processing device for transferring a method, and wherein a transfer from a first method for using a first column to a second method for using a second column based on data of the first column and data of the second column and a duel volume of a liquid chromatograph using the first column and a duel volume of a liquid chromatograph using the second column.
32 . A liquid chromatograph system according to claim 31 , wherein measurement of a liquid chromatograph is performed by utilizing the second method.
33 . A liquid chromatograph system according to claim 31 , wherein a linear velocity for one of the first method or the second method is faster than a linear velocity for the other method.
34 . A liquid chromatograph system according to claim 31 , wherein a pressure for one of the first method or the second method is higher than a pressure for the other method.
35 . A liquid chromatograph system according to claim 31 , wherein the panel device includes a panel for setting the first method and a panel for displaying the second method.
36 . A liquid chromatograph system according to claim 31 , wherein the panel device includes a panel for setting the data of the first column and the second column.
