Abstract

According to one embodiment, an electronic device includes a first main unit having a surface thereof provided with a display panel, a second main unit having a surface thereof provided with another display panel, a hinge mechanism coupling the first and second main units, and two operation buttons arranged symmetrical with respect to a center line passing through the respective centers of the first and second main units.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An electronic device comprising:
a first main unit comprising a first display; a second main unit comprising a second display, the second main unit connected to the first main unit and configured to be rotatable between a position where the first display is exposed and a position where the first display is covered by the second display; a cover body on the first main unit; a camera lens on the second main unit, the camera lens configured to face the cover body when the first display is covered by the second display; and a switch closer to the first display than to a position where a center of the camera lens faces the cover body, the switch configured to be pressed via the cover body.

2 . An electronic device comprising:
a first main unit comprising a first display; a second main unit comprising a second display, the second main unit connected to the first main unit and configured to be rotatable between a position where the first display is exposed and a position where the first display is covered by the second display; a cover body on the first main unit; a camera lens on the second main unit, the camera lens covered by the cover body when the first display is covered by the second display; and a switch closer to the first display than to a center of the cover body, the switch configured to be pressed via the cover body.

3 . An electronic device comprising:
a first housing configured to house a first display; a second housing configured to house a second display, the second housing connected to the first housing and configured to be rotatable between a position where the first display is exposed and a position where the first display is covered by the second display; a switch housed in the first housing and covered by a cover body; and a camera lens on the second housing, the camera lens facing the cover body while mutually eccentric to the switch when the first display is covered by the second display.

4 . An electronic device comprising:
a first housing configured to house a first display panel; a second housing configured to house a second display panel; and a pair of operating units at positions axisymmetric to a center line along a direction of alignment of the first and second display panels to sandwich the first display panel, the pair of operating units supported by support units each extending toward a side opposite to the first display panel.

5 . An electronic device comprising:
a first main unit comprising a first display panel; a second main unit comprising a second display panel; and a pair of operating units on the first main unit at positions axisymmetric to a center line along a direction of alignment of the first and second display panels to sandwich the first display panel, the pair of operating units supported by arms each extending toward a side opposite to the first display panel.
