Abstract
The invention provides a system and method for creating and facilitating the exchange of wagering-based transferable financial instruments. The instruments may be used to embody multiple various positions based upon the ultimate outcomes of uncertain future contingent events, including but not limited to outcomes of games of skill and chance. The invention further provides systems and platforms for monitoring, displaying information, and facilitating trading as to such instruments among multiple investment market participants, and a hosting or house participant, for time-variable buying and selling of such instruments.

offering by at least one processor a plurality of wagers on potential outcomes of combined results of spins of at least one roulette wheel; storing by the at least one processor an indication that a user has entered into a wager,
wherein at the time the user enters into the wager, a plurality of results have been determined from a plurality of spins of the at least one roulette wheel, which results are made known to the user, and wherein a plurality of spins of the at least one roulette wheel have not yet occurred, and
wherein the user is betting that of the remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel, a number of the results will be of a specified color, which number will meet a specified goal;
determining a plurality of results from remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel; and based at least in part on the plurality of results from the remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel, determining by the at least one processor whether the wager entered into by the user is a winning wager.
2 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises at least one physical roulette wheel.
3 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises a plurality of physical roulette wheels.
4 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises at least one virtual roulette wheel.
5 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises a plurality of virtual roulette wheels.
6 . An apparatus, comprising:
at least one processor; and a memory having software stored thereon that when executed by the at least one processor directs the at least one processor to: offer a plurality of wagers on potential outcomes of combined results of spins of at least one roulette wheel; store an indication that a user has entered into a wager,
wherein at the time the user enters into the wager, a plurality of results have been determined from a plurality of spins of the at least one roulette wheel, which results are made known to the user, and wherein a plurality of spins of the at least one roulette wheel have not yet occurred, and
wherein the user is betting that of the remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel, a number of the results will be of a specified color, which number will meet a specified goal;
determine a plurality of results from remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel; and based at least in part on the plurality of results from the remaining spins of the at least one roulette wheel, determine whether the wager entered into by the user is a winning wager.
7 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises at least one physical roulette wheel.
8 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises a plurality of physical roulette wheels.
9 . The apparatus of claim 6 , wherein the at least one roulette wheel comprises at least one virtual roulette wheel.
