Abstract
A method for producing a lithographic printing plate original plate, the method comprising an electrolytic surface-roughening treatment step to perform an electrolytic surface-roughening treatment of an aluminum support body, wherein, in the electrolytic surface-roughening treatment step, an electrolysis treatment is performed in an acidic solution having a dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.0 mg/l or less.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A method for producing a lithographic printing plate original plate, the method comprising an electrolytic surface-roughening treatment step to perform an electrolytic surface-roughening treatment of an aluminum support body,
wherein, in the electrolytic surface-roughening treatment step, an electrolysis treatment is performed in an acidic solution having a dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.0 mg/l or less.
2 . The method for producing the lithographic printing plate original plate according to claim 1 , wherein the electrolysis treatment is alternating current electrolysis treatment, or direct current electrolysis treatment by an anode reaction.
3 . The method for producing the lithographic printing plate original plate according to claim 1 , wherein a dissolved oxygen concentration is adjusted to be 6.0 mg/l or less by removing oxygen contained in the acidic solution by any of methods of film degassing, a nitrogen purge, and a pressure reduction.
4 . The method for producing the lithographic printing plate original plate according to claim 2 , wherein a dissolved oxygen concentration is adjusted to be 6.0 mg/l or less by removing oxygen contained in the acidic solution by any of methods of film degassing, a nitrogen purge, and a pressure reduction.
5 . A method for roughening a surface of an aluminum support body, comprising a step of providing an electrolysis treatment to the aluminum support body in an acidic solution having a dissolved oxygen concentration of 6.0 mg/l or less.
6 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 5 , wherein the electrolysis treatment is alternating current electrolysis treatment, or direct current electrolysis treatment by an anode reaction.
7 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 5 , wherein the dissolved oxygen concentration is adjusted to be 6.0 mg/l or less by removing oxygen contained in the acidic solution by any of methods of film degassing, a nitrogen purge, and a pressure reduction.
8 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 6 , wherein a dissolved oxygen concentration is adjusted to be 6.0 mg/l or less by removing oxygen contained in the acidic solution by any of methods of film degassing, a nitrogen purge, and a pressure reduction.
9 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 5 , wherein the aluminum support body is a support for lithographic printing plates.
10 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 6 , wherein the aluminum support body is a support for lithographic printing plates.
11 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 7 , wherein the aluminum support body is a support for lithographic printing plates.
12 . The method for roughening the surface of the aluminum support body according to claim 8 , wherein the aluminum support body is a support for lithographic printing plates.Cited by (0)
