Abstract

A system includes an interface to receive a request associated with a third party at a financial service provider from a network-based device associated with a user. The request includes an identifier that identifies an offer. The system further includes a revenue share application configured to determine whether the transaction involves a plurality of third parties and to determine a payment share for each party of the plurality of third parties based on the transaction involving the plurality of third parties. A payment transfer module transfers the payment share from an account of the user to each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A machine-readable storage medium storing a sequence of instructions that, when executed by one or more processors, causes the one or more processors to perform operations comprising:
 receiving a request corresponding to a transaction at a financial service provider from a network-based device associated with a user, the request including an identifier that identifies an offer; determining whether the transaction involves a plurality of third parties; based on the transaction involving the plurality of third parties, determining a payment share for each party of the plurality of third parties; and transferring the payment share from an account of the user to each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties.

         2 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the transferring comprises performing a transfer of the payment without providing user financial information to the plurality of third parties.

         3 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the transferring comprises performing a transfer of the payment automatically, without human-intervention, in response to the receiving of the request.

         4 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the transferring comprises debiting the account associated with the user at the financial service provider and crediting each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties at the financial service provider.

         5 . The machine-readable storage medium of  claim 1 , further comprising:
 obtaining a user identifier from the network-based device associated with the user; and automatically determining user identification at the financial service provider to authenticate the user based on the user identifier obtained from the network-based device.

         6 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising publishing a listing containing the offer, the listing including the identifier that identifies the offer.

         7 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising tracking success levels for marketing and advertisement campaigns by monitoring identifiers that identify offers received at the financial service provider.

         8 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , wherein the identifier comprises a first part that identifies one of the plurality of third parties and a second part that identifies the offer.

         9 . The machine-readable storage medium of claim 1 , further comprising receiving an additional identifier that indicates an optional selection associated with the offer.

         10 . A method comprising:
 receiving a request corresponding to a transaction at a financial service provider from a network-based device associated with a user, the request including an identifier that identifies an offer; determining, using a processor of a machine, whether the transaction involves a plurality of third parties; based on the transaction involving the plurality of third parties, determining a payment share for each party of the plurality of third parties; and transferring the payment share from an account of the user to each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties.

         11 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the transferring comprises performing a transfer of the payment without providing user financial information to the plurality of third parties.

         12 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the transferring comprises performing a transfer of the payment automatically, without human-intervention, in response to the receiving of the request.

         13 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the transferring comprises debiting the account associated with the user at the financial service provider and crediting each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties at the financial service provider.

         14 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising:
 obtaining a user identifier from the network-based device associated with the user; and automatically determining user identification at the financial service provider to authenticate the user based on the user identifier obtained from the network-based device.

         15 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising publishing a listing containing the offer, the listing including the identifier that identifies the offer.

         16 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising tracking success levels for marketing and advertisement campaigns by monitoring identifiers that identify offers received at the financial service provider.

         17 . The method of claim 10 , wherein the identifier comprises a first part that identifies one of the plurality of third parties and a second part that identifies the offer.

         18 . The method of claim 10 , further comprising receiving an additional identifier that indicates an optional selection associated with the offer.

         19 . A system comprising:
 a server associated with a financial service provider, the server including:
 a processor;
 an interface configured to receive a request corresponding to a transaction at a financial service provider from a network-based device associated with a user, the request including an identifier that identifies an offer;
 a revenue share application configured to determine whether the transaction involves a plurality of third parties and to determine a payment share for each party of the plurality of third parties based on the transaction involving the plurality of third parties; and
 a payment transfer module configure to transfer the payment share from an account of the user to each account associated with each party of the plurality of third parties.
