Casino card matching game and method therefor

Abstract

A method of playing a playing card matching game comprising: placing a first wager within a table limit; dealing a first player card to a player; dealing a first dealer card to a dealer; and determining a winning hand, wherein a winning hand is one of: matching a suit color of the first player card to a suit color of the first dealer card; matching a rank and the suit color of the first player card to a rank and suit color of the first dealer card; or both the first player card and the first dealer card are matching special cards.

1 . A method of playing a playing card matching game comprising:
 placing a first wager within a table limit;   dealing a first player card to a player;   dealing a first dealer card to a dealer; and   determining a winning hand, wherein a winning hand is one of: matching a suit color of the first player card to a suit color of the first dealer card; matching a rank and the suit color of the first player card to a rank and suit color of the first dealer card; or both the first player card and the first dealer card are matching special cards.   
     
     
         2 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising inserting two matching special cards for each deck of playing cards. 
     
     
         3 . The method of  claim 1 , further comprising placing a bonus wager. 
     
     
         4 . The method of  claim 3 , further comprising:
 removing the first dealer card;   dealing three new dealer cards; and   determining a winning bonus hand, wherein the winning bonus had is one of: all three new dealer cards match the suit color of the first player card; matching the rank of the first player to one of: one, two or all three of the three new dealer cards and the player has the special card and the dealer has one of: one, two or three special cards.   
     
     
         5 . The method of  claim 4 , further comprising paying a Bad Beat bonus payout to any player placing a bonus wager when the three new dealer cards are the same rank but do not match the player's card rank. 
     
     
         6 . A method of playing a playing card matching game comprising:
 placing a first wager by all participating players;   placing a bonus wager by any participating player wanting to play a bonus phase;   dealing a first player card to each participating player;   dealing a first dealer card to a dealer; and   determining a winning hand, wherein a winning hand is one of: matching a suit color of the first player card to a suit color of the first dealer card; matching a rank and the suit color of the first player card to a rank and suit color of the first dealer card; or both the first player card and the first dealer card are matching special cards.   
     
     
         7 . The method of  claim 6 , further comprising inserting two matching special cards for each deck of playing cards. 
     
     
         8 . The method of  claim 6 , further comprising:
 removing the first dealer card;   dealing three new dealer cards; and   determining a winning bonus hand, wherein the winning bonus hand is one of: all three new dealer cards match the suit color of the first player card; matching the rank of the first player to one of: one, two or all three of the three new dealer cards and the player has the special card and the dealer has one of: one, two or three special cards.   
     
     
         9 . The method of  claim 8 , further comprising removing the first player card from each player who did not place the bonus wager. 
     
     
         10 . The method of  claim 8 , further comprising paying a Bad Beat bonus payout to any player placing a bonus wager when the three new dealer cards are the same rank but do not match the player's card rank 
     
     
         11 . A method of playing a playing card matching game comprising:
 placing a first wager by all participating players;   placing a bonus wager by any participating player wanting to play a bonus phase;   dealing a first player card to each participating player, wherein the first player card is dealt from a plurality of decks of standard playing cards, wherein all face cards have been removed from each standard deck of playing cards and two special cards are added to each standard deck of playing cards, the special cards all matching;   dealing a first dealer card to a dealer from the plurality of decks of standard playing cards; and   determining a winning hand, wherein a winning hand is one of: matching a suit color of the first player card to a suit color of the first dealer card; matching a rank and the suit color of the first player card to a rank and suit color of the first dealer card; or both the first player card and the first dealer card are matching special cards.   
     
     
         12 . The method of  claim 11 , further comprising:
 removing the first dealer card;   dealing three new dealer cards; and   determining a winning bonus hand, wherein the winning bonus had is one of: all three new dealer cards match the suit color of the first player card; matching the rank of the first player to one of: one, two or all three of the three new dealer cards and the player has the special card and the dealer has one of: one, two or three special cards.   
     
     
         13 . The method of  claim 12 , further comprising removing the first player card from each player who did not place the bonus wager. 
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 12 , further comprising paying a Bad Beat bonus payout to any player placing a bonus wager when the three new dealer cards are the same rank but do not match the player's card rank
