Abstract
According to one embodiment, an image conversion apparatus includes a 3D conversion instruction module, a determination module, and a converter. The 3D conversion instruction module is configured to instruct execution of a 3D conversion required to convert an input image into a 3D image. The determination module is configured to determine validity or invalidity of the 3D conversion instruction based on a type of the input image. The converter is configured to convert, based on validity determination of the 3D conversion instruction, the input image into the 3D image in response to the 3D conversion instruction.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An image conversion apparatus comprising:
a 3D conversion instruction module configured to instruct execution of a 3D conversion required to convert an input image into a 3D image; a converter configured to convert the input image into the 3D image in response to the 3D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 2D image format not for sale; and a recording controller configured to control recording of the 3D image converted from the input image not for sale.
2 . The apparatus of claim 16 , wherein the converter is configured to convert the input image into the 3D image in response to the 3D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 2D image format for sale,
a recording controller configured to designate no recording of the 3D image converted from the input image for sale.
3 . The apparatus of claim 16 , further comprising:
an output module configured to output the 3D image converted from the input image not for sale, or the 3D image converted from the input image for sale.
4 . The apparatus of claim 17 , further comprising:
an output module configured to output the 3D image converted from the input image not for sale, or the 3D image converted from the input image for sale.
5 . An image conversion apparatus comprising:
a 2D conversion instruction module configured to instruct execution of a 2D conversion required to convert an input image into a 2D image; a converter configured to convert the input image into the 2D image in response to the 2D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 3D image format not for sale; and a recording controller configured to control recording of the 2D image converted from the input image not for sale.
6 . The apparatus of claim 20 , wherein the converter is configured to convert the input image into the 2D image in response to the 2D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 3D image format for sale,
a recording controller configured to designate no recording of the 2D image converted from the input image for sale.
7 . The apparatus of claim 20 , further comprising:
an output module configured to output the 2D image converted from the input image not for sale, or the 2D image converted from the input image for sale.
8 . The apparatus of claim 21 , further comprising:
an output module configured to output the 2D image converted from the input image not for sale, or the 2D image converted from the input image for sale.
9 . An image conversion method comprising:
converting an input image into a 3D image in response to a 3D conversion instruction required to convert the input image into the 3D image when it is detected that the input image has a 2D image format not for sale; and controlling recording of the 3D image converted from the input image not for sale.
10 . The method of claim 24 , further comprising:
converting the input image into the 3D image in response to the 3D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 2D image format for sale, and designating no recording of the 3D image converted from the input image for sale.
11 . An image conversion method comprising:
converting an input image into a 2D image in response to a 2D conversion instruction required to convert the input image into the 2D image when it is detected that the input image has a 3D image format not for sale; and controlling recording of the 2D image converted from the input image not for sale.
12 . The method of claim 26 , further comprising:
converting the input image into the 2D image in response to the 2D conversion instruction when it is detected that the input image has a 3D image format for sale, and designating no recording of the 2D image converted from the input image for sale.Cited by (0)
