Tension exerciser with elastic limit function
Abstract
A tension exerciser with elastic limit function includes a weaving tape without stretching elasticity which is made of weaving materials and defined into a flexible elongated band pattern. The weaving tape includes a tape body, a fixed part and an operating end. The fixed part is provided with a positioning member. A handle is connected with the operating end, allowing the users to hold it for pulling. An elastic part is connected between the tape body and the operating end, so that elastic resistance occurs when holding the handle for pulling. An elastic limiter is connected between the tape body and the operating end. The elastic limiter enables the extension of the elastic part to be limited within the maximum load range, so as to prevent elasticity fatigue or even rupture of the elastic part of the tension exerciser, extend the service life and improve the operating safety.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A tension exerciser with elastic limit function comprising:
a weaving tape without stretching elasticity, which is made of weaving materials and defined into a flexible elongated band pattern; the weaving tape comprises a tape body, a fixed part and at least an operating end; of which the fixed part is provided with a positioning member for positioning onto an object; at least a handle, which is connected with the operating end of the weaving tape, allowing the users to hold it for pulling; at least an elastic part, which is connected elastically between the tape body of the weaving tape and the operating end, so that elastic resistance occurs via the elastic part when the users hold the handle for pulling; at least an elastic limiter, which is connected between the tape body of the weaving tape and the operating end; the elastic limiter enables the extension of the elastic part to be limited within the maximum load range, so as to prevent elasticity fatigue or even rupture of the elastic part.
2 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein said elastic limiter is made of a bending section directly formed by the tape body of the weaving tape, and the elastic part is formed into a rope or board pattern, so that both ends of the elastic part are separately connected with the head end and tail end of the bending section; when the user holds the handle for pulling, the elastic part is extended, and the elastic limiter formed by the bending section is driven to be straightened; when the elastic limiter is straightened, the elastic part cannot be continuously stretched, thus, the extension of elastic part will be limited.
3 . The device defined in claim 2 , wherein an adjustable member could be set between the head end and tail end of the elastic limiter formed by the bending section, so as to adjust the stretched length and stroke of the elastic limiter.
4 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the elastic part is formed into a rope or board pattern; the elastic limiter is made of a corrugated pipe sleeve arranged between the tape body of the weaving tape and the operating end; and the corrugated pipe sleeve is sleeved on the periphery of the elastic part; thus, when the user holds the handle for puling, the elastic part is extended and the surface of corrugated pipe sleeve is converted from corrugated to stretched state; when the surface of corrugated pipe sleeve is stretched, the elastic part cannot be continuously straightened, thus, the extension of the elastic part is limited.
5 . The device defined in claim 4 , wherein a secondary handle is set onto the tape body of the weaving tape, but not connected with the elastic part and the elastic limiter for another operating mode for users; when the user holds the secondary handle for pulling, the tape body of the weaving tape is directly pulled without elastic stretching effect.
6 . The device defined in claim 4 , wherein a length adjusting part could be set on the tape body of the weaving tape, so as to adjust the length of the weaving tape.
7 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the operating end is separately set onto two ends of the weaving tape to form double handles, so that the fixed part with the positioning member is set on the middle section of the weaving tape.
8 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the operating end can also be set onto one end of the weaving tape to form a single handle, so that the fixed part with the positioning member is set onto the other end of the weaving tape.
9 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the positioning member located on the fixed part is designed into a hook-shaped body.
10 . The device defined in claim 1 , wherein the positioning member located on the fixed part consists of a hook-shaped body and a second hook-shaped body with an elastic stretching member; of which a corrugated sleeving kit is set on the periphery of the elastic stretching member of the second hook-shaped body; based on the characteristics that the surface of the corrugated sleeving kit is converted from corrugated to stretched state, the extension of the elastic stretching member could be limited securely; two different installation modes with or without elasticity could be provided for the users via two types of hooking patterns.Cited by (0)
