Abstract

The present invention comprises a method for full body weight exercises, movements, stretches, and training using an adjustable exercise apparatus that is safe and effective. The present invention comprises a method for holistic body weight training such as yoga, martial arts, stretching, physical therapy, rehabilitation, and physical exercise training. The exercise method comprises linking elements comprising elongated connectors, closed connectors, and openable connectors. The method comprises using an adjustable exercise apparatus comprising at least a dual anchor system, enabling a user to safely exercise without impinging the apparatus' linking elements, which are aligned parallel to the user's sagittal plane.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method of full body weight training comprising:
attachably disposing an anchor system comprising at least two anchors at a plurality of locations; attaching at least two un-openable connectors each to at least two loops; disposing one end of at least two first elongated connectors within buckles; attachably disposing at least two second elongated connectors to at least two openable connectors at one end and to the buckles at another end; and connecting at least two handle systems to the at least two openable connectors.

2 . The method of claim 1 further comprising providing a system aligned with the sagittal plane of a user's body.

3 . The method of claim 1 wherein attachably disposing the anchor system comprises attaching the anchors to a bar via disposing the first elongated connector over the bar and looping the elongated connector through itself.

4 . The method of claim 1 wherein attachably disposing the anchor system comprises anchoring the elongated connectors between a door and a door frame.

5 . The method of claim 3 further comprising attaching the at least two first elongated connectors comprising anchors to at least two anchoring elements.

6 . The method of claim 1 wherein disposing the elongated connectors comprises disposing webbing.

7 . The method of claim 1 wherein attaching to the at least two openable connector comprises attaching to at least two carabiners.

8 . The method of claim 1 wherein connecting at least two handle systems comprises disposing a handle connector within a handle and connecting the handle connectors to the at least two openable connectors.

9 . A method of full body weight training comprising:
attachably disposing an anchor system comprising at least two anchors at a plurality of locations; creating anchors at one end of at least two first elongated connectors; attachably disposing at least two second elongated connectors to at least two first openable connectors at one end and at least two second openable connectors at a second end; and connecting at least two handle systems to the at least two second openable connectors.

10 . The method of claim 9 further comprising providing a system aligned with the sagittal plane of a user's body.

11 . The method of claim 9 wherein connecting the handle system comprises:
disposing an elongated connector within a handle; and
attaching the elongated connectors to the openable connectors.

12 . The method of claim 9 wherein attachably disposing the anchor system comprises attaching the anchors to a bar via disposing the first elongated connector over the bar and looping the elongated connector through itself.

13 . The method of claim 9 wherein attachably disposing the anchor system comprises anchoring the first elongated connectors between a door and a door frame.

14 . The method of claim 9 wherein disposing the elongated connectors comprise disposing webbing.

15 . The method of claim 9 wherein attaching to the openable connector comprises attaching to a carabiner.

16 . A method of full body weight training comprising:
attachably disposing an anchor system comprising at least two anchors at a plurality of locations; attaching at least two un-openable connectors each to at least two loops; disposing one end of at least two first elongated connectors within buckles; slidably disposing at least two second elongated connectors to the buckles; connecting at least two handle systems to the at least two openable connectors; and attaching the at least two openable connectors to the at least two un-openable connectors.

17 . The method of claim 16 wherein attachably disposing the anchor system comprises attaching the anchors to a bar via disposing the first elongated connector over the bar and looping the elongated connector through itself.

18 . The method of claim 16 wherein disposing the elongated connectors comprises disposing webbing.

19 . The method of claim 16 wherein attaching to the openable connector comprises attaching to a carabiner.

20 . The method of claim 16 further comprising providing a system aligned with the sagittal plane of a user's body.
