Construction machine

Abstract

An upper revolving structure is provided on a lower traveling structure, and a floor member and a cab box are provided on a revolving frame of the upper revolving structure. A rear side of the floor member serves as an operator's seat mounting section, and a front side thereof serves as a footrest section, a front side thereof being formed as a lever/pedal mounting section. The footrest section is constituted by a flat operator's seat front plate which is provided on a front side of the operator's seat, a downward plate which is set downward from a left side end portion of the operator's seat front plate on a left side of the cab box, and a flat footstep plate which extends toward a door on which the operator puts his or her foot when getting into or out of an operating room.

1 . A construction machine including: an automotive lower traveling structure, an upper revolving structure which is swingably mounted on said lower traveling structure, and a working mechanism liftably provided on said upper revolving structure, wherein
 said upper revolving structure is provided with a revolving frame forming a support structure, a floor member provided on said revolving frame having an operator's seat mounting section at a rear side for mounting an operator's seat and having a footrest section at a front side on which an operator rests his or her feet, and a cab box provided so as to cover periphery and an upper side of said floor member to form an operating room above said floor member, and   a door for entering and exiting said operating room is provided in said cab box at a position corresponding to said footrest section of said floor member, characterized in that:   said footrest section of said floor member which is provided in said operating room is constituted by a flat operator's seat front plate which is provided in front of said operator's seat and on which an operator rests his or her feet, a downward plate which is set downward from a door side end portion of said operator's seat front plate, and a flat footstep plate which extends from a lower portion of said downward plate toward said door of said cab box and on which the operator puts his or her foot when getting into or out of said operating room.   said operator's seat front plate, said downward plate, and said footstep plate of said floor member are integrally formed by bending a plate material or by welding a plurality of plate materials, and   a floor back accommodating space is formed on a back surface side of said footrest section of said floor member by making use of a height dimension of said downward plate provided between said operator's seat front plate and said footstep plate, an indoor unit of an air conditioner for conditioning intake air into cool air or warm air being mounted in said floor back accommodating space.   
     
     
         2 . The construction machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a door side portion of said operator's seat mounting section of said floor member serves as a console mounting portion for mounting a console device having an operating lever for operating said working mechanism, and
 said footstep plate of said footrest section is provided in front of said console mounting portion.   
     
     
         3 . The construction machine according to  claim 1 , wherein a lever/pedal mounting section for mounting an operating lever/pedal is provided in front of said footrest section of said floor member,
 a notched portion which is notched diagonally from a position corresponding to a front corner portion on a door side of said operator's seat front plate toward said door is formed at an end portion on said door side of said lever/pedal mounting section,   a bent edge portion which is bent diagonally along an end portion of said notched portion is formed at a front side position of said downward plate, and   an extended portion which is extended in correspondence with said notched portion is formed at a front side position of said footstep plate.
