Revolving Deck Element for a Construction Machine

Abstract

The present disclosure relates to a revolving deck element for a construction machine, in particular for a mobile excavator, as well as to a construction machine, in particular to a mobile excavator.

A revolving deck element for a construction machine, wherein the revolving deck element has a base body, wherein the base body comprises a base plate and two main webs aligned toward a longitudinal vehicle axis, wherein the main webs are arranged on the base plate and are fixed at a position defined by a work equipment width and an operator workplace width by transverse webs 
     
     
         2 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the revolving deck element is of a modular design and/or is designed as a standard component, and wherein the construction machine is a mobile excavator. 
     
     
         3 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the revolving deck element has at least one interface by which the revolving deck element is connectable to at least one selectable side part module of the construction machine. 
     
     
         4 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the main webs are arranged substantially perpendicular to the base plate 
     
     
         5 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the revolving deck element has at least one interface by which the revolving deck element is connectable to at least one component of a superstructure of the construction machine, with it being a standardized interface and with further a component of the superstructure being and/or including an operator workplace, a hydraulic tank, a fuel tank, a climbing box, a drive module, a ballast weight and/or a control slide valve console. 
     
     
         6 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the base plate, the main webs and/or the transverse webs are at least partly releasably connected to one another. 
     
     
         7 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the base plate, the main webs and/or the transverse webs are at least partly non-releasably connected to one another. 
     
     
         8 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the base body has an at least partly cage-like structure and/or an at least partly box-like structure, with bounding elements of the structure being the base plate, the main webs and/or the transverse webs. 
     
     
         9 . The revolving deck element in accordance with  claim 1 , wherein the main webs are designed at least partly trapezoidally. 
     
     
         10 . A construction machine, comprising:
 at least one revolving deck element, wherein the revolving deck element has a base body, wherein the base body comprises a base plate and two main webs aligned toward a longitudinal vehicle axis, wherein the main webs are arranged on the base plate and are fixed at a position defined by a work equipment width and an operator workplace width by transverse webs.   
     
     
         11 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 10 , wherein the construction machine is a mobile excavator. 
     
     
         12 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 11 , further comprising at least one selectable side part module, wherein the revolving deck element has at least one interface by which the revolving deck element is connectable to said at least one selectable side part module of the construction machine. 
     
     
         13 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 12 , wherein the main webs are arranged substantially perpendicular to the base plate 
     
     
         14 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 13 , wherein the revolving deck element has at least one interface by which the revolving deck element is connected to at least one component of a superstructure of the construction machine, with a component of the superstructure being and/or including an operator workplace, a hydraulic tank, a fuel tank, a climbing box, a drive module, a ballast weight and/or a control slide valve console. 
     
     
         15 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 14 , wherein the base plate, the main webs and the transverse webs are at least partly releasably connected to one another. 
     
     
         16 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 14 , wherein the base body has a structure, and wherein bounding elements of the structure are the base plate, the main webs and the transverse webs. 
     
     
         17 . The construction machine in accordance with  claim 16 , wherein the main webs are designed at least partly trapezoidally.
