Abstract
An assembly for recycling a solvent from a contaminated solvent solution includes a reservoir module including a mounted reservoir including an interior volume and a removable lid. The lid including a portion that extends into the interior volume and an access port disposed in the portion. A back edge of a bottom wall of the reservoir is disposed above a front edge of the bottom wall of the reservoir and a front portion of a side wall of the reservoir is disposed non-vertical and substantially normal to the bottom wall of the reservoir adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An assembly for recycling a solvent from a contaminated solvent solution comprising:
a reservoir module including a reservoir disposed therein and a conduit connected to the reservoir extending upwardly therefrom; a recycler module surmounted on the reservoir module, the recycler module including a distiller disposed therein and connected to the conduit; the solvent or contaminated solvent solution disposed within the reservoir, conduit and distiller so as to fill the reservoir, conduit and distiller; the reservoir defining an interior volume and including a top wall having an opening defined therein by a rim extending upwardly from the top wall and a lid removably connected to the rim; the lid including a first portion disposed substantially below the top wall so as to displace a portion of the interior volume, the first portion having an access port disposed therein, and a second portion that overlaps the rim.
2 . The assembly as recited in claim 1 , further comprising a lock-out including a valve connected to the conduit, the valve including a handle configured to interfere with and prevent removal of the lid when the handle is disposed in an open position and permits removal of the lid when the handle is disposed in a closed position.
3 . The assembly as recited in claim 1 , wherein the reservoir includes a bottom wall and a side wall, the bottom wall having a back edge disposed above a front edge and a front portion of the side wall having a first section disposed non-vertical and substantially normal to the bottom wall adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall and a second section disposed vertical above the first section adjacent the top wall.
4 . The assembly as recited in claim 3 , wherein the bottom wall includes a front flat portion adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall, a rear flat portion adjacent the rear edge of the bottom wall and a curved portion between the front and rear flat portions.
5 . An assembly for recycling a solvent from a contaminated solvent solution comprising:
a distiller connected by a substantially vertically aligned conduit to a reservoir; the solvent or contaminated solvent solution disposed within, so as to fill, the reservoir, conduit and distiller; the reservoir defining an interior volume and including a top wall having an opening defined therein by a rim extending upwardly from the top wall and a lid removably connected to the rim; the lid including a first portion disposed entirely below the top wall so as to displace a portion of the interior volume, the first portion having an access port disposed therein, and a second portion that overlaps the rim.
6 . The assembly as recited in claim 5 , further comprising a lock-out including a valve connected to the conduit, the valve including a handle configured to interfere with and prevent removal of the lid when the handle is disposed in an open position and permits removal of the lid when the handle is disposed in a closed position.
7 . The assembly as recited in claim 5 , wherein the reservoir includes a bottom wall and a side wall, the bottom wall having a back edge disposed above a front edge and a front portion of the side wall having a first section disposed non-vertical and substantially normal to the bottom wall adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall and a second section disposed vertical above the first section adjacent the top wall.
8 . The assembly as recited in claim 7 , wherein the bottom wall includes a front flat portion adjacent the front edge of the bottom wall, a rear flat portion adjacent the rear edge of the bottom wall and a curved portion between the front and rear flat portions.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
