Abstract
A concentrated treatment composition includes a bird repelling composition, a glycol, and a fragrance-containing/odor control composition. The concentrated treatment composition provides a stable product that is miscible with water. Methods for applying to the treatment compositions are also provided.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 .- 16 . (canceled)
17 . A method of applying a concentrated treatment composition, the concentrated treatment composition comprising:
a bird repelling composition present in an amount from about 0.5 to about 30 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition, wherein the bird repelling composition is selected from the group consisting of methyl anthranilate, dimethyl anthranilate, ethyl anthranilate, diethyl anthranilate, and combinations thereof; an optional fragrance-containing/odor control composition; a glycol present in an amount from about 70 to 99.5 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition; and surfactants other than the glycol present in an amount less than 0.5 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition, the method comprising: a) atomizing the treatment composition into an air stream.
18 . The method of claim 17 wherein the treatment composition is diluted in water to form a diluted composition.
19 . The method of claim 18 wherein the diluted composition has a dilution factor from 100 to 500.
20 . The method of claim 17 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 5 to about 28 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
21 . The method of claim 17 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 10 to about 25 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
22 . The method of claim 17 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 18 to about 22 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
23 . The method of claim 17 wherein the glycol is a component selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, ethylene glycol and combinations thereof.
24 . The method of claim 17 wherein the glycol is present in an amount from about 72 to about 95 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
25 . The method of claim 17 wherein the glycol is present in an amount from about 75 to about 90 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
26 . A method of applying a concentrated treatment composition, the concentrated treatment composition comprising:
a bird repelling composition present in an amount from about 0.5 to about 30 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition, wherein the bird repelling composition is selected from the group consisting of methyl anthranilate, dimethyl anthranilate, ethyl anthranilate, diethyl anthranilate, and combinations thereof; an optional fragrance-containing/odor control composition; a glycol present in an amount from about 70 to 99.5 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition; and surfactants other than the glycol present in an amount less than 0.5 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition, the method comprising: a) injecting the treatment composition into water under pressure from about 100 psi to about 1500 psi; and b) directing the treatment composition through nozzles into the atmosphere or onto the ground or other surfaces.
27 . The method of claim 26 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 5 to about 28 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
28 . The method of claim 26 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 10 to about 25 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
29 . The method of claim 26 wherein the bird repelling composition is present in an amount from about 18 to about 22 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
30 . The method of claim 26 wherein the glycol is a component selected from the group consisting of propylene glycol, ethylene glycol and combinations thereof.
31 . The method of claim 26 wherein the glycol is present in an amount from about 72 to about 95 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.
32 . The method of claim 26 wherein the glycol is present in an amount from about 75 to about 90 weight percent of the total weight of the concentrated treatment composition.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
