Abstract

The invention relates to various intraflagellar transport (IFT) polypeptides and the nucleic acids that encode them. The new IFT particle polypeptides and nucleic acids can be used in a variety of diagnostic, screening, and therapeutic methods.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An isolated polypeptide encoded by a nucleic acid comprising SEQ ID NO:15.

2 . The polypeptide of claim 1 , wherein the polypeptide is encoded by a nucleic acid consisting of SEQ ID NO:15.

3 . An isolated polypeptide comprising an amino acid sequence that has at least 90% identity to the full length amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.

4 . The polypeptide of claim 3 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 95% identity to the full length amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.

5 . The polypeptide of claim 3 , wherein the polypeptide has at least 99% identity to the full length amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.

6 . The polypeptide of claim 3 , wherein the polypeptide consists of the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO:16.
