Abstract

A data processor includes a flash memory, a random access memory (RAM), and a controller that creates free space information of the flash memory, creates record data according to each of a read latest data of the flash memory, and stores the free space information and the record data into the RAM.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A data processor, comprising:
a flash memory; a random access memory (RAM); and a controller that creates free space information of the flash memory, creates record data according to each of a read latest data of the flash memory, and stores the free space information and the record data into the RAM.

2 . The data processor according to claim 1 , wherein
the controller reads the record data corresponding to an identifier of a reading target and the free space information from the RAM, and reads data of the reading target from the flash memory based on the read record data.

3 . The data processor according to claim 1 , wherein
the controller writes new data to a head of the free space with reference to the read free space information without overwriting existing data.

4 . The data processor according to claim 1 , wherein
the free space information indicates a free space head address.

5 . The data processor according to claim 1 , wherein
the record data includes a head address in the flash memory and a data length.
