Abstract
Antigen binding proteins that interact with Proprotein Convertase Subtilisin Kexin Type 9 (PCSK9) are described. Methods of treating hypercholesterolemia and other disorders by administering a pharmaceutically effective amount of an antigen binding protein to PCSK9 are described. Methods of detecting the amount of PCSK9 in a sample using an antigen binding protein to PCSK9 are described.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 36 . (canceled)
37 . A antigen binding protein variant comprising:
a heavy chain variable region that is at least 85% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 459; and a light chain variable region that is at least 85% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 461.
38 . The antigen binding protein variant of claim 37 , wherein the heavy chain variable region is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 459, and wherein the light chain variable region is at least 90% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 461.
39 . The antigen binding protein variant of claim 37 , wherein the heavy chain variable region is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 459, and wherein the light chain variable region is at least 95% identical to the amino acid sequence of SEQ ID NO: 461.
40 . The antigen binding protein variant of claim 37 , wherein the antigen binding protein specifically binds to PCSK9.
