A rotating diaper changing side frame of baby play yards is revealed. The rotating diaper changing side frame includes a frame rod and two corresponding locking parts respectively disposed with a pivot part for pivoted to and fixed on the frame rod. By the two corresponding locking parts quickly mounted with and fixed on an upper frame rod of a play yard, the diaper changing side frame is installed. While not in use, the diaper changing side frame is rotated and turned to another direction by the pivot part to be received. The design is space-saving.
