Structure for shaping makeup brush
Abstract
The present invention relates to a structure for shaping makeup brush, in which a makeup brush containing bristles, such as a lash brush or lip brush for regular use in make-up, includes a hollow bristle shell made of rubber or plastics that is molded with an arrangement of bristles to receive a shaping bar that is made in advance with a proper curving design to be inserted and enclosed therein, with a minute projecting positioning piece being formed at an end thereof to be inserted into and assembled with a recessed insertion slot formed in an inner end of the bristle shell. The bristle shell so assembled with the shaping bar is inserted into an insertion cavity formed in an end of the brush bar and pawls formed in a circumferential surface of the brush bar through punching engage and retain a recessed circumferential groove formed in the shaping bar.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedI claim:
1 . A structure for shaping makeup brush, comprising a container having an opening for receiving and holding a cosmetic liquid and a cap for closure, and a brush bar having an end inserted and fixed to an inner end of the cap, the brush bar having a projecting end that is provided with a section of bristle plane member for makeup brushing purposes, characterized in that the bristle plane is formed of bristle stems that are arranged on an outside of an elastic hollow bristle shell, the hollow bristle shell having an interior space receiving a shaping bar having a predetermined curved configuration to fit therein to form a curved configuration corresponding to the shaping bar, the bristle shell having an inner end forming an insertion slot for receiving a positioning piece projecting from an insertion top end of the shaping bar to directly insert into the insertion slot for coupling and positioning to prevent the bristle shell from sliding and shifting after being shaped, the sleeve of the bristle plane and the shaping bar being directly inserted into and positioned in an insertion cavity defined in an end of a brush bar, inclined pawls being formed through punching outside the brush bar to engage and retain the bristle shell and the shaping bar, thereby realizing manufacture and assembling of easy shaping for makeup brush and ensuring convenience of use and safety of makeup operation.
2 . The structure for shaping makeup brush according to claim 1 , wherein the shaping bar has a bar surface in which a recessed circumferential groove is formed for retaining engagement in coupling with the brush bar.
3 . The structure for shaping makeup brush according to claim 1 , wherein the punched inclined pawls on the brush bar are arranged as multiple points along a circumference.
4 . The structure for shaping makeup brush according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning piece projecting from the top end of the shaping bar has a configuration corresponding to the insertion slot formed in the inner end of the bristle shell.
5 . The structure for shaping makeup brush according to claim 1 , wherein the positioning piece is shaped as a truncated plane or an arrangement of multiple-lateral projection.Cited by (0)
