Abstract
A curtain rod structure includes a slide guide rod and a pair of decoration members coupled to two opposing ends of the slide guide rod. The curtain rod structure has two positioning portions for engagement of engaging blocks of two support units so that the curtain rod structure is secured to a wall. The positioning portions are in the form of elongate holes. Through the elongate holes, the engaging blocks of the two support units are adjustable for displacement so that the distance between the two support units can be changed for flexibility.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A curtain rod structure, comprising a slide guide rod and a pair of decoration members coupled to two opposing ends of the slide guide rod, the curtain rod structure having two positioning portions for engagement of engaging blocks of two support units so that the curtain rod structure is secured to a wall; the positioning portions being disposed in one of the slide guide rod and the pair of decoration members, the positioning portions being in the form of holes, the holes each having an elongate shape; through the holes, the engaging blocks of the two support units being adjustable for displacement so that the distance between the two support units can be changed.
2 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the holes each are formed at an end of the slide guide rod or the pair of decoration members, the end of the slide guide rod or the pair of decoration members being formed with a slot for insertion of the relative engaging block.
3 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slide guide rod or the pair of decoration members has at least one portion in the form of a hollow pipe so that the hole of each positioning portion is defined in a pipe wall, the support units each comprising a pair of positioning seats, a connection rod which is perpendicular to the pair of positioning seats and the engaging block connected to an end of the connection rod, the engaging block being inserted in the hole of the relative positioning portion to lean against an inner side of the slide guide rod or the pair of the decoration members to be positioned in place
4 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the end of the connection rod has a through hole and the engaging block has a threaded hole corresponding to the through hole, a screw inserted in the through hole and screwed to the threaded hole to connect the connection rod and the engaging block.
5 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 3 , wherein the engaging block has an oblique surface at a front end thereof, the end of the connection rod having a through hole and a threaded hole relative to the engaging block, a screw inserted in the threaded hole and screwed to engage with the oblique surface of the engaging block such that the front end of the engaging block is moved toward the connection rod to connect the connection rod and the engaging block.
6 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slide guide rod comprises a slide section and a pair of connecting sections at two opposing ends of the slide section, the pair of connecting sections each being located between the slide section and the relative decoration member, when the positioning portions are defined in the slide guide rod, the holes of the positioning portions being disposed at the two opposing ends of the slide section.
7 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 1 , wherein the slide guide rod comprises a slide section and a pair of connecting sections at two opposing ends of the slide section, the pair of connecting sections each being located between the slide section and the relative decoration member, when the positioning portions are defined in the slide guide rod, the holes of the positioning portions being disposed at a predetermined portion of the pair of connecting sections.
8 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 6 , wherein one end of each connecting section is connected with a connector which is made of a resilient material, the connector being tightly positioned in one end of the slide section.
9 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 7 , wherein one end of each connecting section is connected with a connector which is made of a resilient material, the connector being tightly positioned in one end of the slide section.
10 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the end of the connecting section is connected with the connector through a lock member composed of a bolt and a nut.
11 . The curtain rod structure as claimed in claim 8 , wherein the connector has a plurality of ribs formed on an outer surface thereof.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
