Connecting mechanism of a toilet cover with easy assembly and disassembly

Abstract

A toilet cover connecting mechanism has two supports, support shafts, and an independent hinge tube. Dampers and pivot mechanisms are fixed on both ends of the hinge tube. The damper on the open end of the hinge tube can be inserted into a shaft hole of the cover. An insertion hole is disposed radially on the pivot mechanism. A through hole for the support shaft is disposed in the hinge tube. The support shaft is inserted into the pivot mechanism. A keying mechanism is mounted in the middle of the hinge tube. A key panel is fastened to an arrow-shaped push block. An urging rod having a chamfer on the top is disposed on two sides of the push block. The push block may press against the chamfers to push distal ends of the two urging rods to displace toward two sides thereof to press against the pivot mechanism.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A connecting mechanism of a toilet cover with easy assembly and disassembly includes:
 Two supports, which are connected and fixed to the toilet and disposed with two shafts;   A cover, the rear portion of which is disposed with a pair of shaft holes;   A seatring, the rear portion of which is disposed with a pair of shaft holes, wherein further includes:   A hinge tube, which is pivot joint in between the shaft holes of the rear portion of the seatring; two ends of the hinge tube are separately sleeved with a damper and a pivot mechanism, the damper disposed in the open end of the hinge tube is capable of being inserted into or connected to the shaft hole of the cover and the seatring;   A pivot mechanism, which is radially disposed with a insertion hole, a through hole for the shaft to pass through is disposed in the hinge tube corresponding to the insertion hole; the shaft passes through the through hole to be inserted into and connected to the insertion hole of the pivot mechanism, making the shaft connected to the pivot mechanism;   The hinge tube is disposed with an opening radially in the middle, a keying mechanism is mounted inside the opening, the keying mechanism includes a button and two urging rods, two urging rods are separately assembled in the both sides of the hinge tube, the button is linked to the two urging rods, when the button is pressed, the button presses against the urging rods to displace towards two sides thereof to press against the button of the pivot mechanism in the both sides of the hinge tube.

A connecting mechanism of a toilet cover with easy assembly and disassembly according to the  claim 1 , wherein the damper is assembled inside the hinge tube, the damper is separated from the pivot mechanism; a rib is disposed on the external wall of the pivot mechanism to joint to the hinge tube, another rib is disposed on the external wall of the damper to joint to the hinge tube.

A connecting mechanism of a toilet cover with easy assembly and disassembly according to the  claim 1 , wherein the pivot mechanism is button lock switch, the button lock switch includes a button sleeve, a spring and a fixed shaft, the button sleeved with the spring is assembled to one end of the fixed shaft to form the button lock switch;
 The insertion hole of square shape is disposed in the fixed shaft;   The shaft of the support is square and flake shaped, a U shaped lock catch with a narrow top breach and a wide bottom lock hole is disposed in the middle of the top of the flake shaft;   The button is disposed with a reducing pin, the reducing pin includes a major diameter lock shaft and a minor diameter shaft;   The spring is assembled in the reducing pin of the button, with the lateral force, the insertion of the reducing pin to the flake shaft is switched between the major diameter lock shaft and the minor diameter shaft;   The fixed shaft is disposed with a square hole, the flake shaft passes through the square hole of the fixed shaft, the lock shaft of the button is inserted to the lock hole of the flake shaft to make the fixed shaft connected to the square shaft and positioned.   
     
     
         4 . An easy assembly and disassembly method of a cover to the toilet, which is applied with a connecting mechanism of a cover of a toilet, the connecting mechanism of a toilet cover includes:
 Two supports, which are connected and fixed to the toilet and disposed with two shafts;   A cover, the rear portion of which is disposed with a pair of shaft holes;   A seatring, the rear portion of which is disposed with a pair of shaft holes, wherein further includes:   A hinge tube, which is pivot joint in between the shaft holes of the rear portion of the seatring; two ends of the hinge tube are separately sleeved with a damper and a pivot mechanism, the damper disposed in the open end of the hinge tube is capable of being inserted into or connected to the shaft hole of the cover and the seatring;   A pivot mechanism, which is radially disposed with a insertion hole, a through hole for the shaft to pass through is disposed in the hinge tube corresponding to the insertion hole; the shaft passes through the through hole to be inserted into and connected to the insertion hole of the pivot mechanism, making the shaft connected to the pivot mechanism;   The hinge tube is disposed with an opening radially in the middle, a keying mechanism is mounted inside the opening, the keying mechanism includes a button and two urging rods, two urging rods are separately assembled in the both sides of the hinge tube, the button is linked to the two urging rods, when the button is pressed, the button presses against the urging rods to displace towards two sides thereof to press against the button of the pivot mechanism in the both sides of the hinge tube.   
     
     
         5 . An easy assembly and disassembly method of a cover to a toilet according to the  claim 4 , wherein the pivot mechanism is button lock switch, the button lock switch includes a button sleeve, a spring and a fixed shaft, the button sleeved with the spring is assembled to one end of the fixed shaft to form the button lock switch;
 The insertion hole of square shape is disposed in the fixed shaft;   The shaft of the support is square and flake shaped, a U shaped lock catch with a narrow top breach and a wide bottom lock hole is disposed in the middle of the top of the flake shaft;   The button is disposed with a reducing pin, the reducing pin includes a major diameter lock shaft and a minor diameter shaft;   The spring is assembled in the reducing pin of the button, with the lateral force, the insertion of the reducing pin to the flake shaft is switched between the major diameter lock shaft and the minor diameter shaft;   The fixed shaft is disposed with a square hole, the flake shaft passes through the square hole of the fixed shaft, the lock shaft of the button is inserted to the lock hole of the flake shaft to make the fixed shaft connected to the square shaft and positioned.

A connecting mechanism of a toilet cover with easy assembly and disassembly according to the  claim 2 , wherein the pivot mechanism is button lock switch, the button lock switch includes a button sleeve, a spring and a fixed shaft, the button sleeved with the spring is assembled to one end of the fixed shaft to form the button lock switch;
