Structure of iron net pallet
Abstract
An iron net pallet comprising a metal base frame and a metal net plane assembled together, two ends of the base frame are downwardly folded to respectively form a lateral rack having preset height, then further laterally folded to respectively form a transversal rack, so the base frame can be stably placed; when necessary, a supporter can be additionally installed at the center of the base frame for further enhancing the placement stability and the loading capacity; the net plane is configured by longitudinal and transversal net rods being assembled and the bottom thereof is combined with and supported by the base frame, an excellent structural strength is provided, and the weight and stress of stacking commodities can be effectively dispersed, thereby greatly increasing the stability of stacking commodities
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modifiedWhat is claimed is:
1 . A structure of iron net pallet, comprising a metal base frame and a metal net plane, wherein:
the metal base frame is configured by a preset number of transversal rod members and longitudinal rod members being staggered and soldered together, two ends of each transversal rod member of the base frame are downwardly folded to respectively form a lateral rack having the preset height, then further laterally folded to respectively form a transversal rack; the metal net plane is configured by a preset number of longitudinal net rods and transversal net rods being staggered and soldered together, when the metal net plane is placed on top of the base frame, a stable contacting relation is formed between the metal net plane and the metal base frame; accordingly, the iron net pallet assembled by the metal base frame and the metal net plane has better structural strength and is prevented from being moistened and deteriorated.
2 . The structure of iron net pallet as recited in claim 1 , wherein the bottom part of base frame is installed with at least one set of longitudinal supporter for reinforcing the structural support to the base frame.
3 . The structure of iron net pallet as recited in claim 1 , wherein the transversal rack formed by laterally folding the lateral rack respectively at two ends of the base frame is folded toward the interior of the base frame.
4 . The structure of iron net pallet according to claim 1 , wherein the transversal rack formed by laterally folding the lateral rack respectively at two ends of the base frame is folded toward the exterior of the base frame.
5 . The structure of iron net pallet as recited in claim 1 , wherein the longitudinal rod members of base frame are disposed at the bottom edges of the transversal rod members, the transversal net rods of the net plane are disposed at the bottom edges of the longitudinal net rods, and a staggering relation is formed between the locations of transversal net rods and that of the transversal rod members of the base frame.
6 . The structure of iron net pallet as recited in claim 1 , wherein at least one longitudinal rod members is connected with the said lateral rack and wherein at least one longitudinal rod member is connected with the said transversal rack of the base frame.
7 . The structure of iron net pallet according to claim 1 , wherein the at least one set of supporter installed at the bottom part of the base frame is configured by a preset number of transversal rod members folded in U-shape and two longitudinal rod members being soldered together.
8 . The structure of iron net pallet as recited in claim 2 , wherein the said longitudinal supporter installed at the bottom part of the base frame is configured by a preset number of transversal rod members folded in U-shape and two longitudinal rod members being soldered together.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
