Abstract
Systems include integrally sealed medicinal storage containers, including one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material, the one or more segments having one or more surface regions, the one or more segments principally defining at least one storage region, and one or more regions of substantially thermally sealed connections between at least one of the one or more surface regions of the one or more segments wherein the one or more regions of substantially thermally sealed connections and the one or more segments form an integrally thermally sealed medicinal storage region.

at least one medicinal storage structure, including: one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material shaped to define at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region, wherein the medicinal storage region is substantially temperature-stabilized between approximately 2° Centigrade and approximately 8° Centigrade; and at least one access region, including: at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material configured for at least one perforation by at least one perforation device, wherein one or more of the at least one perforation is configured to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
52 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the at least one medicinal storage structure includes no active cooling units.
53 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
one or more heat sink units thermally coupled to one or more of the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
54 . The medicinal storage container of claim 53 , wherein at least one of the one or more heat sink units is removable.
55 . The medicinal storage container of claim 53 , wherein at least one of the one or more heat sink units is rechargeable.
56 . The medicinal storage container of claim 53 , wherein there are a plurality of substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage regions within the container.
57 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the ultra efficient insulation material includes:
at least one superinsulation material.
58 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the ultra efficient insulation material includes:
at least one multilayer insulation material.
59 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the ultra efficient insulation material includes:
at least two layers of thermal reflective material separated from each other by magnetic suspension.

62 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the at least one access region includes an elongated thermal pathway.
63 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , wherein the at least one access region includes:
at least one substantially tubular structure, wherein the at least one substantially tubular structure is of a size and shape to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
64 . The medicinal storage container of claim 63 , wherein the at least one substantially tubular structure includes at least one hypodermic syringe.

The medicinal storage container of claim 63 , wherein one or more of the at least one substantially tubular structure are located external to the container, and may be transiently inserted from an exterior of the container to an interior of the container to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one storage region.

The medicinal storage container of claim 63 , wherein one or more of the at least one substantially tubular structure are located internal to the container, and may be transiently inserted from an interior of the container to an exterior of the container to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
67 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
a coupling mechanism, wherein the coupling mechanism may create a coupled unit between at least one perforation device internal to the container and at least one perforation device external to the container, thereby creating an egress mechanism for medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
68 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one thermally-insulated cover, wherein the at least one thermally insulated cover includes a sealing portion positioned for mating to the at least one access region.
69 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one marking on an exterior of the container indicating the at least one access region.
70 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one framework attached to an exterior of the container identifying one or more of the at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material configured for at least one perforation by a perforation device.
71 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one external wall of the container; and at least one internal wall of the container, wherein one or more of the at least one exterior wall and one or more of the at least one interior wall are movable relative to each other, and the relative movement of one or more of the at least one exterior wall to one or more of the at least one interior wall alters the accessability of one or more of the at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material configured for at least one perforation by at least one perforation device.
72 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one layer of nontoxic material on an interior surface of one or more of the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
73 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one layer of material including at least one metal on an interior surface of one or more of the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
74 . The medicinal storage container of claim 73 , wherein the at least one layer of material including at least one metal includes silver.
75 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
one or more removable inserts within one or more of the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
76 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
one or more temperature indicators.
77 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
one or more sensors.
78 . The medicinal storage container of claim 77 , wherein the one or more sensors includes at least one:
sensor of a gaseous pressure within one or more of the at least one storage region, sensor of a mass within one or more of the at least one storage region, sensor of a stored volume within one or more of the at least one storage region, or sensor of an identity of an item within one or more of the at least one storage region.
79 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
one or more communications devices.
80 . The medicinal storage container of claim 79 , wherein the one or more communications devices includes at least one:
one or more recording devices, one or more transmission devices, one or more display devices, or one or more receivers.
81 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one compartment within the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region that is at a higher gaseous pressure than an atmospheric pressure exterior to the container.
82 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
at least one operable attachment to a medicinal dispensing device.
83 . The medicinal storage container of claim 51 , comprising:
an ingress region, including: at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material which may be displaced to allow for at least one transient insertion of an ingress structure from an exterior of the container to an interior of the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
84 . The medicinal storage container of claim 83 , wherein the at least one access region includes the ingress region.
85 . A medicinal storage container, comprising:
at least one medicinal storage structure, including: one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material shaped to define at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region including one or more medicinal units stored between approximately 2° Centigrade and approximately 8° Centigrade; and at least one access region, including: at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material configured for at least one perforation by at least one perforation device, wherein one or more of the at least one perforation is configured to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.
86 . A medicinal storage container, comprising:
at least one medicinal storage structure, including: one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material shaped to define at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region, wherein the medicinal storage region is substantially temperature-stabilized to ensure maximum stability and efficacy of the stored medicinal material at the time of use or administration; and at least one access region, including: at least one region of the one or more segments of an ultra efficient insulation material configured for at least one perforation by at least one perforation device, wherein one or more of the at least one perforation is configured to provide for a controlled egress of a quantity of a medicinal material from the at least one substantially temperature-stabilized medicinal storage region.Cited by (0)
