Syringe with needle

Abstract

This syringe with needle is provided with a needle tube having a needle tip capable of puncturing a living body, and a syringe by insert molding formed integrally with the needle tube. The syringe includes: a main body which is filled with a drug; and a securing section which is formed to be continuous with the main body. The securing section secures the needle tube in a state that the needle tip of the needle tube is protruded. The securing section of the syringe includes a holding hole in which a chuck member for supporting and securing a circumferential surface of the needle tube during the insert molding is inserted and passed.

1 . A syringe with needle, comprising:
 a needle tube having a needle tip capable of puncturing a living body; and   a syringe formed integrally with the needle tube by insert molding,   wherein the syringe includes a main body which is filled with a drug, and a securing section which is formed to be continuous with the main body and wherein the securing section secures the needle tube in a state that the needle tip of the needle tube is protruded, and   the securing section of the syringe has a holding hole in which a chuck member for supporting and securing a circumferential surface of the needle tube during the insert molding is inserted and passed.   
     
     
         2 . The syringe with needle according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the holding hole is formed to be orthogonal to an axial direction of the needle tube held by the securing section.   
     
     
         3 . The syringe with needle according to  claim 1 ,
 wherein the holding hole includes a plurality of holding holes, and the plurality of holding holes are provided in the securing section.   
     
     
         4 . The syringe with needle according to  claim 1  further comprising a cap covering the needle tip of the needle tube and the securing section of the syringe,
 wherein the securing section includes a close contact part from which the needle tip of the needle tube protrudes, and a connection part which connects the close contact part and the main body to each other, 
 the close contact part makes close contact with an inner surface of the cap, and 
 the holding hole is formed in the connection part. 
 
     
     
         5 . The syringe with needle according to  claim 4 ,
 wherein a parting line derived from a mold for forming the syringe by the insert molding is located on the connection part of the securing section exclusive of the close contact part.
