         1 . A riser platform for supporting articles, the riser platform comprising,
 a first plurality of columns having a first height from said riser platform;   a second plurality of columns having a second height from said riser platform, the second height being less than the first height;   the first and second pluralities of columns forming receptacles;
       an upper surface and outer perimeter that is integrally molded with and supported by said columns;
 at least one channel connecting at least one of said columns to at least one other of said columns; and
 an attachment opening positioned on said upper surface and outer perimeter.

         2 . The riser platform of claim 1 , further comprising a top cover detachably connected to said upper surface and outer perimeter.

         3 . The riser platform of claim 2 , wherein the second plurality of columns form a receiving area adapted to receive the toe portion of a hand truck.

         4 . The riser platform of claim 3 , wherein the first plurality of columns comprise a carve-out area adapted to receive the toe portion of a hand truck.

         5 . The riser platform of claim 4 , said riser platform constructed of a recyclable, pulp fiber.

         6 . The riser platform of claim 5 , wherein the pulp fiber is water resistant.

         7 . The riser platform of claim 1 comprising four said attachment openings.

         8 . The riser platform of claim 7 , said top cover further comprising a plurality of tabs for engaging said attachment openings.

         9 . The riser platform of claim 8 , said top cover further comprising a plurality of top cover tabs for securing said top cover to said upper surface and outer perimeter.

         10 . The riser platform of claim 9 , said top cover further comprising a space for marking with letters or symbols.

         11 . The riser platform of claim 10 , further comprising a panel connected to the upper surface, the panel being substantially perpendicular to the upper surface.

         12 . The riser platform of claim 3 , further comprising a dowel retained within the channel.

         13 . The riser platform of claim 3 , wherein the riser platform forms a receiving section for receiving a second riser platform.

         14 . A riser platform for supporting articles, the riser platform comprising,
 a first column having a first height, the first column comprising a carve-out adapted to receive the toe portion of a hand truck;   a second column having a second height, the second height being smaller than the first height, wherein the second column forms a receiving area adapted to receive the toe portion of a hand truck;   the first and second columns forming receptacles;
       an upper surface and outer perimeter that is integrally molded with and supported by said columns;
 a channel connecting at least two columns;
 a top cover detachably connected to said upper surface and outer perimeter; and

       wherein said riser platform is constructed of a recyclable, pulp fiber.
