Abstract
A socially interactive card game with a board game variant providing for competitive play-action between a plurality of players by which to provide creative submissions. The method of playing including providing a particular setting for a conversation between a male and a female, each of the players submitting a creative written statement concerning the conversation between the selected male and female nouns in the particular setting, and the guessing player guessing which player submitted each of the creative written statements. Points may be awarded to the players based upon whether or not the guessing player determined each player submission and the submission the guessing player chooses to be the best. The steps may be repeated until a predetermined number of points accumulated, rounds completed, or in a board game variant the playing piece being advanced from the start space to the finish space.

providing a first playing card inscribed with one or more male based noun terms, pictographic icons, or phrases; providing a second playing card inscribed with one or more female based terms, pictographic icons, or phrases; providing a particular setting wherein the male from the first playing card and the female from the second playing cards would interact and have a conversation; choosing a player to be the guessing player; the guessing player selecting the male form the first playing card and the female from the second playing card and providing to each of the other players the particular setting for an interactive conversation between the selected male from the first playing card and the selected female from the second playing card; each player submitting to the guessing player a creative written statement concerning the interactive conversation between the male and female in the particular setting; and the guessing player guessing which player submitted each of the written statements submitted.
2 . The method of claim 1 , further comprising awarding at least one point to the guessing player for each statement guessed correctly.
3 . The method of claim 2 , further comprising awarding at least one point to each player that submitted a written statement that the guessing player guessed incorrectly.
4 . The method of claim 3 , further comprising the guessing player choosing one written statement from all the written statements submitted that the guessing player likes the best.
5 . The method of claim 4 , further comprising awarding at least one point to the player that submitted the written statement the guessing player chose to be the best.
6 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising the step of repeating each said step a plurality of times until one of the players has accumulated a predetermined quantity of points.
7 . The method of claim 5 , further comprising providing a game board having game spaces and a game piece for each respective player, and moving the game piece of each respective player a number of spaces on the game board corresponding with the number of points awarded to each respective player.
8 . The method of claim 7 , further comprising the step of repeating each said step a plurality of times until a player has accumulated a predetermined quantity of points to move from a start space to a finish space on the game board.
9 . The method of claim 5 , wherein the creative written statement is not submitted by the guessing player.
10 . A game assembly for playing a socially interactive board game providing for competitive play-action between a plurality of players by which to provide creative submissions, the game assembly comprising:
a game board having a plurality of spaces between a start space and a finish space; a chance determining device; a playing piece for each team; a first set of playing cards, each of the playing cards inscribed with one or more male based noun terms, pictographic icons, or phrases; a second set of playing cards, each of the playing cards inscribed with one or more female based noun terms, pictographic icons, or phrases; and a set of instructions providing a method for playing the socially interactive board game, the method comprising:
determining a particular setting for a conversation between a male and a female;
choosing a player to use the chance determining device to determine the male noun term from one playing card from the first set of playing cards and the female noun term from one playing card from the second set of playing cards for the conversation;
choosing a second player to be a guessing player;
the player using the chance determining device;
the guessing player selecting the male from a first playing card and the female from a second playing card based upon the result of the chance determining device, and the providing to the other players the selected male from the first playing card and the selected female form the second playing card;
each player submitting a creative written statement concerning the conversation between the selected male and female in the particular setting; and
the guessing player guessing which player submitted each of the written statements submitted.
11 . The game assembly of claim 10 , the method further comprising awarding at least one point to the guessing player for each statement guessed correctly.
12 . The game assembly of claim 11 , the method further comprising awarding at least one point to each player that submitted a written statement that the guessing player guessed incorrectly.
13 . The game assembly of claim 12 , the method further comprising the guessing player choosing one written statement from all the written statements submitted that the guessing player likes the best.
14 . The game assembly of claim 13 , the method further comprising awarding at least one point to the player that submitted the written statement the guessing player chose to be the best.
15 . The game assembly of claim 14 , the method further comprising the step of repeating each said step a plurality of times until one of the players has accumulated a predetermined quantity of points.
16 . The game assembly of claim 14 , the method further comprising moving the game piece of each respective player a number of spaces on the game board corresponding with the number of points awarded to each respective player.
17 . The game assembly of claim 16 , the method further comprising the step of repeating each said step a plurality of times until a player has accumulated a predetermined quantity of points to move from the start space to the finish space on the game board.
18 . The game assembly of claim 14 , wherein the creative written statement is not submitted by the guessing player.
19 . A method of playing a socially interactive card game providing for competitive play-action between a plurality of players by which to provide creative submissions, the method comprising:
determining a particular setting for a conversation between a male and a female; choosing a player to use a chance determining device to determine whether a male noun term will be selected from a first playing card from a first set of playing cards and a female noun term will be selected from a second playing card from a second set of playing cards for the conversation; choosing a second player to be a guessing player; using the chance determining device to determine whether the male noun term will be selected from the first playing card from the first set of playing cards and the female noun term will be selected from the second playing card from a second set of playing cards for the conversation or whether the guessing player will determine the male noun term and the female noun term; the guess player providing to the other players the selected male noun the selected female noun for the conversation; each player submitting a creative written statement concerning the conversation between the selected male and female nouns in the particular setting; and the guessing player guessing which player submitted each of the creative written statements.
20 . The method of claim 19 , further comprising awarding points to the plurality of players, wherein at least one point is awarded to the guessing player for each statement guessed correctly, at least one point is awarded to each player that submitted a creative written statement that the guessing player guessed incorrectly, and at least one point awarded to the player that the guessing player chose as the best submitted written statement.Cited by (0)
