Abstract
The present invention has an object to provide an effective and safe therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases such as sepsis, hepatitis, and inflammatory bowel disease, and solves the above object by providing a therapeutic agent for inflammatory diseases containing adenosine N1-oxide or a derivative thereof as an effective ingredient.

exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A therapeutic agent for an inflammatory disease, which comprises adenosine N1-oxide or a derivative thereof as an effective ingredient.
2 . The therapeutic agent of claim 1 , which contains at least one pharmaceutically acceptable ingredient along with said adenosine N1-oxide or said derivative thereof.
3 . The therapeutic agent of claim 1 , wherein said derivative of adenosine N1-oxide is α-glucosyl-adenosine N1-oxide or adenosine N1-oxide monophosphate.
4 . The therapeutic agent of claim 1 , wherein said inflammatory disease is any one of sepsis, hepatitis, inflammatory bowel disease, hemolytic-uremic syndrome, pancreatitis, diabetes, nephritis, and dermatitis.
5 . A process for producing a tumor necrosis factor production inhibitor, interleukin-1 production inhibitor, interleukin-4 production inhibitor, interleukin-5 production inhibitor, interleukin-12 production inhibitor, interleukin-10 production enhancer, or cytotoxicity inhibitor for vascular endothelial cells by using said therapeutic agent of claim 1 .Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
