Abstract

The “Elastic Stretching Gathered Denim Fabric Jean” allows a very custom fit and feel to the body while adding a very unique look and style to woman's jean market through a fabric gathering and elastic stitching method.

I claim: 
     
         1 : The semi elastic denim fabric combined with the gathering of the fabric by hand or machine and stitched with the elastic thread in an elongated fashion from top to bottom maintaining the gathered look or appearance. 
     
     
         2 : The stone washing or fabric dyeing applied to the top layer of the fabric gather giving it a unique look and style along with the dual waist line using or not using a belt or rope with the bottom legging being tight to the ankle or loose above the ankle. 
     
     
         3 : The overall jean being pulled up by the woman or person wearing the jean and the fabric is then stretched for a very custom fit and look and feel allowing a very unique style new to the jean industry with a looser gathering after being stretched.
