Abstract
Novel conjugates and immunogens derived from lenalidomide and antibodies generated by these immunogens are useful in immunoassays for the quantification and monitoring of thalidomide and lenalidomide in biological fluids.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 - 80 . (canceled)
81 . An antibody which is selectively reactive with the pharmaceutically active chemotherapeutic drug lenalidomide.
82 . The antibody of claim 81 wherein said antibody has a cross reactivity with the non-pharmaceutically active metabolites of said pharmaceutically active chemotherapeutic drug of not greater than 12%, said cross-reactivity being relative to said antibody's binding to said pharmaceutically active chemotherapeutic drug.
83 . The antibody of claim 82 wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
84 . The antibody of claim 82 wherein said antibody is generated from an immunogen comprising an immunogenic carrier containing a polyamine polymer conjugated with a ligand of the formula:
wherein B is —C(═O)—CH2, —C(═O)—NH—CH2-, —C(═O)—O—CH2- or —CH2-;
Y is an organic spacing group;
p is an integer from 0 to 1; and
X is a terminal functional group capable of binding to said polyamine.
85 . The antibody of claim 84 , wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
86 . The antibody of claim 85 , wherein said antibody is derived from mice, sheep, rabbits or rats.
87 . The antibody of claim 82 wherein said antibody has a selective reactivity with lenalidomide of about 100%.
88 . The antibody of claim 87 wherein said antibody is a monoclonal antibody.
89 . The antibody of claim 87 wherein said antibody is generated from an immunogen comprising an immunogenic carrier containing a polyamine polymer conjugated with a ligand of the formula:
wherein B is —C(═O)—CH2-, —C(═O)—NH—CH2-, —C(═O)—O—CH2- or —CH2-
Y is an organic spacing group;
p is an integer from 0 to 1;
X is a terminal functional group capable of binding to said polyamine polymer.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
