Abstract

A method for providing cooking programs for at least one selectable product to be cooked, which can be cooked in at least two different charges in a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance. Cooking processes conducted depending on charge-dependent parameters are replaced by cooking programs that depend solely on fixed parameters. One cooking program is assigned to each charge respectively. A cooking process is conducted as a function of at least one charge-dependent parameter at least once for each charge, with a caliber-dependent parameter determined by a core temperature of the product to be cooked being selected as the charge-dependent parameter. A cooking process that leads to a specific cooking result is selected for each charge, with the cooking result being determined by the core temperature of the product and a cooking program being stored for each selected cooking process after the charge-dependent parameter is replaced by a fixed parameter.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . A method for providing cooking programs for at least one selectable product to be cooked, which can be cooked in at least two different charges in a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance, in which cooking processes conducted depending on charge-dependent parameters are replaced by cooking programs that depend solely on fixed parameters, and in which one cooking program is assigned to each charge respectively, wherein:
a cooking process is conducted as a function of at least one charge-dependent parameter at least once for each charge, with a caliber-dependent parameter determined by a core temperature of the product to be cooked being selected as the charge-dependent parameter, and a cooking process that leads to a specific cooking result is selected for each charge, with the cooking result being determined by the core temperature of the product to be cooked and a cooking program being stored for each selected cooking process after the charge-dependent parameter is replaced by a fixed parameter.

2 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a charge is determined by a quantity of products to be cooked in the cooking chamber, a caliber of the product to be cooked, and/or an initial state of the product to be cooked.

3 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a time duration is selected as the fixed parameter for which the product to be cooked must be cooked.

4 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein, in order to conduct a cooking process and/or store a cooking program, the cooking appliance must be activated following an access authorization check.

5 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the charge is entered via an input device or is recorded via a sensor device, and/or the product to be cooked is entered via an input device or is recorded via a sensor device.

6 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the product to be cooked is first selected, and subsequently a provided cooking program runs automatically, either following entry of the charge or following recording of the charge, depending on the respective fixed parameter.

7 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein cooking programs are provided for at least two different products to be cooked as a mixed charge, whereby a cooking process is conducted depending on at least one charge-dependent parameter at least once for each mixed charge in the cooking chamber of the cooking appliance with the two products to be cooked, a cooking process is selected for each mixed charge that leads to specific cooking results for both products to be cooked, and for each selected cooking process, a cooking program is stored after the charge-dependent parameter is replaced by a fixed parameter.

8 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein a cooking process is conducted in dependence on at least one charge-dependent parameter in a first cooking appliance, and following replacement of the charge-dependent parameter by a fixed parameter and storing of a cooking program, the cooking program is run in a second cooking appliance.

9 . The method according to claim 1 , wherein the cooking program is stored in a storage device of the cooking appliance.

10 . The method according to claim 9 , wherein the storage device of the cooking appliance is a portable storage device or a storage device in a personal computer.

11 . The method of claim 1 , wherein the cooking result is determined by an internal cooking temperature in addition to the core temperature.

12 . The method according to claim 2 , wherein the initial state of the product to be cooked is frozen or fresh.

13 . The method according to claim 3 , wherein the time duration is selected as the fixed parameter for which the product to be cooked must be cooked with a specific cooking chamber temperature for achieving a specific cooking result.

14 . The method according to claim 13 , wherein the specific cooking result is a specific core temperature of the product being cooked.

15 . The method according to claim 8 , wherein the first cooking appliance is connectable to the second cooking appliance, at least for certain periods of time, in a kitchen network.
