Abstract
A radio communication system includes a plurality of radio base stations and a control station connected to the radio base stations. One of the radio base stations notifies state control information including information regarding state control to the control station before or after execution of state control in the one radio base station. The control station notifies at least one of management information regarding the radio parameter updated in accordance with the state control and the state control information to the radio base stations connected to the control station, with the exclusion of the one radio base station that notified the state control information.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A radio communication system including a plurality of radio communication apparatuses comprising:
a first radio communication apparatus to switch off a cell of the first radio communication apparatus, wherein the first radio communication apparatus notifies a second radio communication apparatus that the cell is switched off, wherein the second radio communication apparatus sends an instruction for activating the cell to the first radio communication apparatus.
2 . The radio communication system according to claim 1 , wherein the first radio communication apparatus, upon reception of the instruction for activating the cell from the second radio communication apparatus, activate the cell of the first radio communication apparatus.
3 . A radio communication apparatus of a radio communication system, comprising:
a first unit to switch off a cell of the radio communication apparatus; a second unit to notify another radio communication apparatus that the cell is switched off; and a third unit to receive an instruction for activating the cell from the another radio communication apparatus.
4 . The radio communication apparatus according to claim 3 , comprising
a unit that, upon reception of the instruction for activating the cell by the third unit, activate the cell.
5 . A method for communication in a radio communication system that includes a plurality of radio communication apparatuses, the method comprising:
switching off a cell of a first radio communication apparatus; the first radio communication apparatus notifying a second radio communication apparatus that the cell is switched off, the second radio communication apparatus sending an instruction for activating the cell to the first radio communication apparatus.
6 . The method according to claim 5 , comprising
the first radio communication apparatus, upon reception of the instruction for activating the cell from the second radio communication apparatus, activating the cell of the first radio communication apparatus.Cited by (0)
