Computing Device with Visual Image Browser

Abstract

A computing device with a visual image searching browser includes a control unit. A visual image searching browser is coupled to the control unit for connecting a server. A display is coupled to the control unit, wherein a searching character string is transmitted to the server by the computing device via a network. The searching results are displayed by visual image base and the searching results include a visual image and website linking corresponding to the searching character string, and displayed by the display to allow a user may browse the searching results by visual image base. A dynamic ranking module in the computing device and being responsive to a frequency of website linking to re-arrange a list of the website information in the interface to allow high ranking linking website be listed on a top or a first page of the interface displayed on the display.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A computing device with a browser, comprising:
 a control unit;   a browser coupled to said control unit for connecting a server;   a display coupled to said control unit, wherein a searching character string is transmitted to said server by said computing device via a network, said server transmitting searching results to said computing device through said network based on said searching character string, and wherein said searching results are displayed by visual image base and said searching results include a visual image and website linking corresponding to said searching character string, and displayed by said display to allow a user may browse said searching results by visual image base, wherein said browser includes an interface to display website information; and   a dynamic ranking module in said computing device and being responsive to a frequency of website linking to re-arrange a list of said website information in said interface to allow high ranking linking website be listed on a top or a first page of said interface displayed on said display.   
     
     
         2 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 1 , wherein said ranking is based on a linking number of time (or frequency) of said website which is linked by said user. 
     
     
         3 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 2 , further comprising a counter to calculate said linking number of time (or frequency) 
     
     
         4 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 2 , wherein said dynamic ranking module will rank my favorite dynamically and display high ranking website dynamically. 
     
     
         5 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 4 , further comprising a touch panel for at least one finger to touch said visual images on said display to display abstract or outline of said website after said finger is located over said visual images. 
     
     
         6 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 5 , further comprising clicking on said visual images displayed on said display followed by linking to a corresponding website after clicking on said visual images. 
     
     
         7 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 2 , wherein said visual image is three-dimensional. 
     
     
         8 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 2 , further includes a filter including an interface on a display to allow a user to input a black list to filter out a communication which is listed in said black list. 
     
     
         9 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 8 , wherein a signal of said communication is received, said filter checks whether or not said communication is listed on said black list. 
     
     
         10 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 2 , wherein said computing device includes a mouse to click one of said visual images for displaying abstract or outline of said one of said visual image. 
     
     
         11 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 10 , wherein said visual image is three-dimensional. 
     
     
         12 . A computing device with a visual image searching browser, comprising:
 a control unit;   a visual image searching browser coupled to said control unit for connecting a server;   a display coupled to said control unit, wherein a searching character string is transmitted to said server by said computing device via a network, said server transmitting searching results to said computing device through said network based on said searching character string, and wherein said searching results are displayed by visual image base and said searching results include a visual image and website linking corresponding to said searching character string, and displayed by said display to allow a user may browse said searching results by visual image base, wherein said visual image searching browser includes an interface to display website information;   a dynamic ranking module in said computing device and being responsive to a frequency of website linking to re-arrange a list of said website information in said interface to allow high ranking linking website be listed on a top or a first page of said interface displayed on said display, wherein said ranking is based on a linking number of time (or frequency) of said website which is linked by said user; and   a touch panel for at least one finger to touch said visual images on said display to display abstract or outline of said website after said finger is located over said visual images.   
     
     
         13 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 12 , further comprising a counter to calculate said linking number of time (or frequency) 
     
     
         14 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 12 , wherein said dynamic ranking module will rank my favorite dynamically and display high ranking website dynamically. 
     
     
         15 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 12 , wherein said visual image is three-dimensional. 
     
     
         16 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 12 , further includes a filter including an interface on a display to allow a user to input a black list to filter out a communication which is listed in said black list. 
     
     
         17 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 16 , wherein a signal of said communication is received, said filter checks whether or not said communication is listed on said black list. 
     
     
         18 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 12 , wherein said computing device includes a mouse to click one of said visual images for displaying abstract or outline of said one of said visual image. 
     
     
         19 . The computing device as set forth in  claim 18 , wherein said visual image is three-dimensional.
