Abstract
A railway wagon bogie and a railway wagon are provided. The bogie includes wheel sets, side frames provided with triangular holes, a swing bolster provided with a preset hole in its body, and cross-braced rods. Cavities are formed in the side frames, symmetric around the center of the side frames, and located below the triangular holes. A connecting seat is provided in each of the cavities, and provided with a vertical mounting hole in a middle portion of the connecting seat. The cross-braced rods are elastically connected to the connecting seats through the mounting holes. In the railway wagon bogie and the railway wagon, the strength of the bogie is increased.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A railway wagon bogie, comprising wheel sets, side frames provided with triangular holes, a swing bolster provided with a preset hole in its body, and cross-braced rods, wherein
cavities are formed in the side frames, symmetric around a center of the side frames, and located below the triangular holes, a connecting seat is provided in each of the cavities, and provided with a vertical mounting hole in a middle portion of the connecting seat, and the cross-braced rods are elastically connected to the respective connecting seats through the corresponding mounting holes.
2 . The railway wagon bogie according to claim 1 , wherein the connecting seats and the respective side frames are formed integrally by casting.
3 . The railway wagon bogie according to claim 1 , wherein the bogie is provided with positioning pins, one end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a step configured to abut against a bottom face of the corresponding mounting hole, the other end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a thread configured to mesh with a locknut so as to fasten the cross-braced rod to the side frame.
4 . The railway wagon bogie according to claim 3 , wherein two ends of each of the cross-braced rods are each provided with a positioning hole, an elastic bush with an inner hole is provided in the positioning hole, and the inner hole of the elastic bush is fitted with the positioning pin.
5 . A railway wagon comprising a wagon frame and a bogie connected to the wagon frame, wherein the bogie is the railway wagon bogie according to claim 1 .
6 . A railway vehicle bogie, comprising wheel sets, side frames provided with through holes, a swing bolster provided with a preset hole, and cross-braced rods, wherein
cavities are formed in the side frames, a connecting seat is provided in each of the cavities, and provided with a mounting hole, and the cross-braced rods are connected to the respective connecting seats through the corresponding mounting holes.
7 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 6 , wherein the connecting seats and the respective side frames are formed integrally by casting.
8 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 6 , wherein the bogie is provided with positioning pins, one end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a step configured to abut against a bottom face of the corresponding mounting hole, the other end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a thread configured to mesh with a locknut so as to fasten the cross-braced rod to the side frame.
9 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 8 , wherein two ends of each of the cross-braced rods are each provided with a positioning hole, an elastic bush with an inner hole is provided in the positioning hole, and the inner hole of the elastic bush is fitted with the positioning pin.
10 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 6 , wherein each of the through holes is of a approximately triangular shape.
11 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 6 , wherein the connecting seats are disposed in the respective cavities and below the corresponding through holes.
12 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 6 , wherein each of the connecting seats is configured to be a hollow cylinder in shape, and a central circular hole of the cylinder is configured as the mounting hole.
13 . The railway vehicle bogie according to claim 7 , wherein each of the connecting seats is formed with a precast hole by casting, a diameter of the precast hole is less than that of the mounting hole, and the mounting hole is formed by further machining the precast hole.
14 . The railway wagon according to claim 5 , wherein the connecting seats and the respective side frames are formed integrally by casting.
15 . The railway wagon according to claim 5 , wherein the bogie is provided with positioning pins, one end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a step configured to abut against a bottom face of the corresponding mounting hole, the other end of each of the positioning pins is provided with a thread configured to mesh with a locknut so as to fasten the cross-braced rod to the side frame.
16 . The railway wagon according to claim 15 , wherein two ends of each of the cross-braced rods are each provided with a positioning hole, an elastic bush with an inner hole is provided in the positioning hole, and the inner hole of the elastic bush is fitted with the positioning pin.Cited by (0)
