Abstract

An anti-scorification oven has a combustion chamber having an ignition bar. A first feed rotor is provided in the combustion chamber and having one spiral sector at each end and a plurality of scorification nails in a middle thereof. A first motor is connected to the first feed rotor. A hopper is in communication with the feed inlet of the combustion chamber. A second feed rotor has a spiral sector thereon. A second motor has an output connected to the second feed rotor. A hearth is above and in communication with the combustion chamber.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
1 . An anti-scorification oven comprising:
a combustion chamber having an ignition bar, a first feed, rotor being provided in said combustion chamber and having one spiral sector at each end and a plurality of scorification nails in a middle thereof, one end of said first feed rotor passing through a feed inlet of said combustion chamber and the other end thereof passing through an ash outlet of said combustion chamber, a first, motor having an output connected to said first feed rotor, a hopper having a feed pipe at a bottom thereof and in communication with said feed inlet of said combustion chamber, a second feed rotor being in said feed pipe and having a spiral sector thereon, an end of said second feed rotor at said feed inlet being higher than an end of said first feed rotor at said feed inlet, a second motor having an output connected to said second feed rotor, and, a hearth being above and in communication with said combustion chamber.

2 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-scorification nails are staggerly distributed in said middle of said first feed rotor.

3 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said anti-scorification nails are in perpendicular with respect to an axil of said first feed rotor.

4 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said ignition bar is disposed under a bottom of said combustion chamber near said feed inlet thereof.

5 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 1 , wherein a tank wall is provided surrounding said hearth, which with an outer surface of said hearth, defines a boiling water tank.

6 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 5 , wherein said hearth is conical and an end having a smaller cross-sectional area is connected to a top plate of said anti-scorification oven.

7 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a chimney is provided in communicate with the hearth and spirally passing across said boiling water tank.

8 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a plurality of air supply holes are defined in said hearth and an air supply chamber is formed on an outside surface of the hearth surrounding said air supply holes.

9 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 8 , wherein an exhaust blower is provided at an exit of said chimney, a dust collection box is provided between said chimney and said exhaust blower, and a plurality of layers of dust collection nets are placed in said dust collection box.

10 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said hopper is of cone shape and said second feed rotor is disposed under said hopper.
