Abstract
An anti-scorification oven having a combustor, a hearth in communication with the combustor, an ignition bar in the combustor, a feed pipe in communication with a fuel inlet in the combustor, a feed rotor contained in the feed pipe, a spiral sector formed on the feed rotor, an ash rotor in the combustor and being connected to the feed rotor, the ash for having an ash sector formed on a distal end thereof and a plurality of scorification breaking nails formed on a proximal end thereof, and, an air channel in communication with a plurality of air supply holes defined in the combustor.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . An anti-scorification oven having a combustor and a hearth in communication with said combustor, and comprising:
an ignition bar in said combustor, a feed pipe in communication with a fuel inlet in said combustor, a feed rotor contained in said feed pipe, a spiral sector formed on said feed rotor, an ash rotor in said combustor and being connected to said feed rotor, said ash for having an ash sector formed on a distal end thereof and a plurality of scorification breaking nails formed on a proximal end thereof, and, an air channel in communication with a plurality of air supply holes defined in said combustor.
2 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 1 , wherein said anti-scorification oven further has a hopper having a fuel outlet being defined in a bottom thereof and being in communication with said feed pipe, and a feed motor having an output being connected to said feed rotor.
3 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said scorification breaking nails are staggerly distributed.
4 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 3 , wherein said anti-scorification nails are in perpendicular with respect to said ash rotor.
5 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 4 , wherein said ignition bar is disposed in a bottom of said, combustor and near said fuel inlet thereof.
6 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 4 , wherein a tank wall is provided surrounding said hearth, which together with an outer surface of said hearth, defines a water tank.
7 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a smoke exit is defined in a top plate of said hearth and a chimney is provided in communication with said smoke exit and passing across said water tank.
8 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 6 , wherein a plurality of air supply holes are defined in said hearth and an air supply chamber is formed on an outside surface of said hearth surrounding said air supply holes.
9 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 7 , wherein an exhaust blower is provided at an exit of said chimney, a dust collection box is provided between said chimney and said exhaust blower, and a plurality of layers of filter screen is placed in said dust collection box.
10 . The anti-scorification oven as claimed in claim 2 , wherein said hopper is of cone shape.Join the waitlist — get patent alerts
