Abstract
In joining an Fe-based metallic member comprising an Fe-based material and an Al-based metallic member comprising an Al-based material by a Zn-based brazing filler metal, a joined part of the Fe-based metallic member is heated at a temperature higher than a melting point of the Fe-based material.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A joined structure of metal member comprising:
a Fe-based metallic member containing a Fe-based material and an Al-based metallic member containing an Al-based material, joined by interposing a joining layer containing Zn as a main component therebetween; wherein the joining layer contains Al, and wherein an intermetallic compound layer made of an Al—Fe—Zn system intermetallic compound containing Al as a main component is formed in an interface part between the Fe-based metallic member and the Al-based metallic member.
2 . The joined structure according to claim 1 ,
wherein the joining layer has a shape fitted to the Fe-based metallic member.Cited by (0)
