Travel situation detection system
Abstract
The travel situation detection system specifies passage time at a check machine when a traveler or baggage passes through a passage point on a travel pathway at an airport, compares the passage time or passage period elapsed between two passage points with a mean value, and notifies the traveler or a worker of the comparison result by using the check machine or a terminal device. If the passage time or passage period is later or longer than the mean value, the traveler can rush to move while the worker who conveys baggage can be in hurry conveying the baggage. The travel situation detection system can further notify a waiting person or the like of the travel situation of the traveler by using the terminal device or a mobile terminal device. This allows the waiting person to understand the travel situation of the traveler.

11 . A travel situation detection system detecting a situation at a time when a person or object using repeatedly operated transportation travels at a transportation facility, comprising:
a passage time specifying unit specifying passage time at which a person or object passes through each of a plurality of passage points on a route through which the person or object passes at the transportation facility; an accumulation unit accumulating passage time specified by the passage time specifying unit in association with each of a plurality of passage points and with a use condition in which transportation is used by a person or object and which is specified by at least one piece of information specifying transportation, information related to a service at a transportation facility, individual information related to an individual person or object, information indicating a content of a reservation made for transportation, weather information and error information indicating an error occurred at a time of using transportation; a calculation unit individually calculating at least one of a statistical representative value of passage time which is associated with the use condition and each of the plurality of passage points and is accumulated by the accumulation unit, and a statistical representative value of passage periods elapsed between two passage points including one of the passage points; a storage unit storing at least one of a statistical representative value of the passage time and a statistical representative value of the passage periods both of which are calculated by the calculation unit, in association with the use condition and passage point; and an output unit outputting, when the passage time specifying unit specifies passage time at which a person or object passes through one passage point, at least one of: a set of the specified passage time as well as a value obtained by reading out a statistical representative value of passage time stored by the storage unit in association with said one passage point and a use condition same as the use condition of the transportation for the person or object; and a set of a passage period elapsed to said one passage point from another passage point calculated based on the passage time as well as a value obtained by reading out a statistical representative value of passage periods elapsed to said one passage point from said another passage point which is stored by the storage unit in association with said one passage point and a use condition same as the use condition.
12 . A travel situation detection system detecting a situation at a time when a person or object using repeatedly operated transportation travels at a transportation facility, comprising:
a passage time specifying unit specifying passage time at which a person or object passes through one passage point or a plurality of passage points on a route through which the person or object passes at the transportation facility; an accumulation unit accumulating passage time specified by the passage time specifying unit in association with a passage point and with a use condition in which transportation is used by a person or object and which is specified by at least one piece of information specifying transportation, information related to a service at a transportation facility, individual information related to an individual person or object, information indicating a content of a reservation made for transportation, weather information and error information indicating an error occurred at a time of using transportation; a calculation unit calculating a statistical representative value of passage time which is associated with the use condition and passage point and is accumulated by the accumulation unit; a storage unit storing a statistical representative value of the passage time calculated by the calculation unit, in association with the use condition and passage point; and an output unit outputting, when the passage time specifying unit specifies passage time at which a person or object passes through one passage point, the specified passage time as well as a value obtained by reading out a statistical representative value of passage time stored by the storage unit in association with the passage point and a use condition same as the use condition of transportation for the person or object.
13 . A travel situation detection system detecting a situation at a time when a person or object using repeatedly operated transportation travels at a transportation facility, comprising:
a passage time specifying device which is installed at one passage point or a plurality of passage points on a route through which a person or object passes at the transportation facility and which specifies passage time at which a person or object passes through the passage point; one or a plurality of output devices; and a travel situation detection apparatus connected to the output device and the passage time specifying device, wherein the passage time specifying device includes a first identification information acquiring unit acquiring identification information for identifying a person or object passing through the passage point, and the travel situation detection apparatus includes: a use condition specifying information storing unit storing use condition specifying information which specifies a use condition at a time when a person or object uses transportation and which is comprised of at least one piece of information specifying transportation, information related to a service at a transportation facility, individual information related to an individual person or object, information indicating a content of a reservation made for the transportation, weather information and error information indicating an error occurred at a time of using the transportation, in association with the identification information of the person or object; a passage time storing unit storing the passage time specified by the passage time specifying device in association with information indicating a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed and in association with the use condition specifying information which is related to the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device and is stored by the use condition specifying information storing unit; a calculation unit calculating a statistical representative value of passage time which is associated with the use condition specifying information and information indicating a passage point and is stored by the passage time storing unit; a statistical representative value storing unit storing a statistical representative value of passage time calculated by the calculation unit, in association with the use condition specifying information and information indicating a passage point; a comparison unit, when the passage time specifying device specifies passage time, reading out a statistical representative value of passage time stored by the statistical representative value storing unit in association with the information indicating a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed and in association with use condition specifying information same as the use condition specifying information which is related to the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device and is stored by the use condition specifying information storing unit, and comparing the read-out statistical representative value with the specified passage time; and a first output control unit making the output device output a result of comparison made by the comparison unit.
14 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 13 , wherein
the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: an output device information storing unit storing output device information indicating a specific output device in association with identification information; and a second output control unit making the specific output device which is indicated by the output device information which is stored in association with the identification information which is acquired by the passage time specifying device output the passage time specified by the passage time specifying device, information indicating a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed, and the result of comparison.
15 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 13 , wherein
the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: a route information storing unit storing route information indicating a travel route through which a person or object is to travel at a transportation facility, in association with identification information of the person or object; a passage point determining unit determining whether or not a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed is on the travel route, based on the route information stored in association with the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device; and a third output control unit making the output device output information indicating that the travel route is incorrect when the passage point is not on the travel route.
16 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 15 , wherein
the route information includes information indicating a passage order of passage points on a travel route, and the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: a passage order determining unit determining whether or not a passage order corresponding to passage time at a plurality of passage points through which the person or object passes matches with a passage order indicated by the route information; and a fourth output control unit making the output device output information indicating that the travel route is incorrect when the passage orders do not match.
17 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 15 , wherein
the passage time specifying device further includes: an acceptance unit accepting a request for guidance to a predetermined service at a transportation facility; and a route output unit outputting information representing a route to the predetermined service, and the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: an update unit changing, when the passage time specifying device accepts the request, route information stored in association with the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device into revised information indicating a new travel route with an additional route from the passage time specifying device to the predetermined service; and a fifth output control unit making the passage time specifying device output the information representing the route to the predetermined service.
18 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 13 , wherein
the passage time specifying device further includes a second identification information acquiring unit acquiring, when identification information of one person is acquired, identification information of another person or object being with said one person, and the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: an identification information storing unit storing, in association with identification information of a person, identification information of another person or object supposed to travel with said person; and a sixth output control unit making the output device output information indicating abnormality, in at least one of the cases where the acquired identification information of said another person or object is different from the identification information stored in association with the identification information of said one person, where the identification information of said another person or object is not stored in association with the identification information of said one person, and where the identification information of said another person or object stored in association with the identification information of said one person is not acquired by the passage time specifying device.
19 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 13 , wherein
the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: an article information storing unit storing information indicating that an article needs to be handed over or collected, in association with identification information of a person who needs to have the article handed over or collected; an article information determining unit determining whether or not the information indicating that an article needs to be handed over or collected is stored in association with the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device; and a seventh output control unit making the output device output information indicating that an article needs to be handed over or collected when the information indicating that the article needs to be handed over or collected is stored in association with the identification information.
20 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 13 , further comprising
a blocking unit blocking a person or object passing through a passage point, wherein the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: an inspection information storing unit storing inspection information related to a person or object to be inspected; an individual information storing unit storing individual information related to an individual person or object, in association with identification information of the person or object; an individual information determining unit determining whether or not at least a part of the individual information stored in association with the identification information acquired by the passage time specifying device matches with the stored inspection information; a first blocking control unit making the blocking unit block a person or object passing through a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed, when at least a part of the individual information matches with the inspection information; and an eighth output control unit making the output device output information indicating that inspection is needed.
21 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 20 , further comprising
a first measurement unit taking a radiograph of an object passing through a passage point, wherein the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: a first measurement information storing unit storing a radiograph of an object taken by the first measurement unit, in association with the identification information of the object acquired by the passage time specifying device; a first measurement information determining unit determining whether or not the radiograph taken by the first measurement unit matches with the radiograph already stored in association with identification information of the object within a predetermined allowable range; a second blocking control unit making the blocking unit block the object passing through a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed when the radiograph taken by the first measurement unit does not match with the radiograph stored in association with the identification information of the object within a predetermined allowable range; and a ninth output control unit making the output device output information indicating that a content of the object is not consistent.
22 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 20 , further comprising
a second measurement unit measuring a weight of an object passing through a passage point, wherein the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: a second measurement information storing unit storing a weight of an object measured by the second measurement unit, in association with the identification information of the object acquired by the passage time specifying device; a second measurement information determining unit determining whether or not the weight measured by the second measurement unit matches with the weight already stored in association with identification information of the object within a predetermined allowable range; a third blocking control unit making the blocking unit block the object passing through a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed when the weight measured by the second measurement unit does not match with the weight stored in association with the identification information of the object within a predetermined allowable range; and a tenth output control unit making the output device output information indicating that a content of the object is not consistent.
23 . The travel situation detection system according to claim 20 , wherein
the passage time specifying device further includes a third identification information acquiring unit acquiring a plurality of kinds of identification information for identifying a person or object, and the travel situation detection apparatus further includes: a combination storing unit storing a combination of a plurality of kinds of identification information; a combination determining unit determining, when the passage time specifying device acquires a plurality of kinds of identification information, whether or not the combination of the acquired plurality of kinds of identification information is stored; a fourth blocking control unit making the blocking unit block the person or object passing through a passage point at which the passage time specifying device is installed when the combination of the acquired plurality of kinds of identification information is not stored; and an eleventh output control unit making the output device output information indicating that the combination of identification information does not exist.Cited by (0)
