Structure of Sports Eyeglasses

Abstract

The patent relates to the structure of sports eyeglasses, which includes frames and rims. The frames contains upper and lower frame (together as combined frame) and temple attached to two sides of the combined frame. The rims join with the combined frame. The rims has 2 rim holes designed to allow the lens to fit. The width of the upper frame and the lower frame increase from the bridge to the sides of the frame, therefore the upper frame and the lower frame can be combined with the outer frame. The outer section of the upper frame is covered by the protective pad. The inner frame separates with the upper frame, and there are screw holes at the disconnected segments. Screws can pass though the screw holes to lock the disconnected segments of the upper frame and the inner frame together. As a result, it is easy to insert the lenses within the rim. By locking the frames with the rims, a pair of sports eyeglasses is easily assembled.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A sports eyeglasses apparatus comprising a frame and a rim wherein said frame is comprised of a combined frame and a plurality of temples attached to said combined frame; wherein said rim is comprised of a first one rim hole and a second one rim hole wherein said rims holes are designed to lock in lenses wherein said first one rim hole and said second one rim hole are each comprised of an upper frame, a lower frame, an outer frame, and an inner frame wherein said first one rim hole and said second one rim hole are joined by a bridge wherein the width of said upper frame and said lower frame increases from a portion near said bridge to a portion opposite to said bridge wherein said upper frame and said lower frame are joined to said outer frame wherein said upper frame is comprised of a protective pad wherein said protective pad is comprised of an extension segment wherein said inner frame can separate from said upper frame by a screw mechanism 
     
     
         2 . The apparatus of  claim 1  wherein said combined frame is comprised of an embedded slot wherein said an embedded slot further comprises at least one slot within said embedded slot wherein said upper frame has an embedded segment wherein said embedded segment is comprised of an insert at said bridge wherein said embedded segment correspond with said slot and said embedded slot. 
     
     
         3 . The apparatus of  claim 2  wherein said embedded segment is comprised of a convex segment wherein said segment correspond with said slot wherein said rim is locked to said frame as said convex segment is inserted to said slot.
