Packaging Carton
Abstract
The present provides a packaging carton, wherein the packaging carton includes a container. The container includes a base defining a receiving space. A bottom buffering pad is disposed on a bottom surface of the receiving space. A corner buffering pad is arranged in corner of the receiving space, and is dimensioned to match with corner of a workload. Wherein the base, the bottom buffering pad, and the corner buffering pad are inherited with a first buffering property, a second buffering property, and a third buffering property, respectively, wherein the second and third buffering properties are better than the first buffering property. With this, the present invention can effectively reduce the cost of the packaging carton, and which in turn reduce the cost of the product.
Claims
exact text as granted — not AI-modified1 . A packaging carton, wherein the packaging carton includes a container and a lid,
the container including: a base defining a receiving space, and the base being configured with engineering plastic parts or being configured with a one-piece drawer configuration; a bottom buffering pad disposed on a bottom surface of the receiving space; four corner buffering pads arranged respectively in four corners of the receiving space, and each of the four corner buffering pads being dimensioned to match with corners of a workload: wherein the base, the bottom buffering pad, and the corner buffering pad are inherited with a first buffering property, a second buffering property, and a third buffering property, respectively, wherein the second and third buffering properties are better than the first buffering property, wherein the base is made from Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) or polyethylene (PE), wherein the bottom buffering pad is made from polypropylene resin, and wherein the corner buffering pad is made from polypropylene foam; and the lid being attached to atop of the container.
2 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 1 , characterized in that the corner buffering pads are attached to the base with retainer, or glue, or double sided tape.
3 . A packaging carton, wherein the packaging carton includes a container,
the container including: a base defining a receiving space; a bottom buffering pad disposed on a bottom surface of the receiving space; a corner buffering pads arranged in corner of the receiving space, and being dimensioned to match with corner of a workload; wherein the base, the bottom buffering pad, and the corner buffering pad are inherited with a first buffering property, a second buffering property, and a third buffering property, respectively. wherein the second and third buffering properties are better than the first buffering property.
4 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the base is configured with engineering plastic parts individually formed.
5 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the base has a one-piece drawer configuration.
6 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the base is made from Acrylonitrile butadiene styrene (ABS) or polyethylene (PE).
7 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the bottom buffering pad is made from polypropylene resin.
8 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein there are four corner buffering pads and each is arranged in one of four corners of the base.
9 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 8 , wherein the corner buffering pads are attached to the base with retainer, or glue, or double sided tape.
10 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the corner buffering pad is made from polypropylene foam.
11 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , further comprising a lid which is attached atop of the container.
12 . The packaging carton as recited in claim 3 , wherein the packaging carton is used to store liquid crystal display panels.Cited by (0)
