Claims

Abstract

The present invention provides a touch-sensing panel including a polarization plate and a patterned sensing electrode layer. The polarization plate has a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface and the second surface are disposed opposite to each other. The first patterned sensing electrode layer is disposed on the first surface, and the first patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the first surface of the polarization plate.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . A touch-sensing panel, comprising:
 a polarization plate, having a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface and the second surface being disposed opposite to each other; and   a first patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the first surface of the polarization plate, and the first patterned sensing electrode layer being directly attached on the first surface of the polarization plate.   
     
     
         2 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 1 , further comprising a second patterned sensing electrode layer, directly attached on the second surface of the polarization plate. 
     
     
         3 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the second surface of the polarization plate and the second patterned sensing electrode layer; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the polarization plate.   
     
     
         4 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 3 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         5 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed on the second surface of the polarization plate, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being disposed between the transparent substrate and the polarization plate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the polarization plate.   
     
     
         6 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 5 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         7 . The touch-sensing panel according to  claim 1 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the first surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the first patterned sensing electrode layer and the second patterned sensing electrode layer, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being directly attached on the transparent substrate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the polarization plate.   
     
     
         8 . A touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel, comprising:
 a liquid crystal panel, having a display surface and a back surface, the display surface and the back surface being disposed opposite to each other;   a first polarization plate, disposed on the back surface of the liquid crystal panel; and   a touch-sensing panel, disposed on the display surface of the liquid crystal panel, and the touch-sensing panel comprising:
 a second polarization plate, having a first surface and a second surface, and the first surface and the second surface being disposed opposite to each other; and 
 a first patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the first surface of the second polarization plate, and the first patterned sensing electrode layer being directly attached on the first surface of the second polarization plate. 
   
     
     
         9 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 8 , wherein the first surface facing the liquid crystal panel. 
     
     
         10 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 9 , further comprising a second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the second surface of the second polarization plate. 
     
     
         11 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the second surface of the second polarization plate and the second patterned sensing electrode layer; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.   
     
     
         12 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 11 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         13 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 11 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed on the second surface of the second polarization plate, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.   
     
     
         14 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 13 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         15 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 9 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the first surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the first patterned sensing electrode layer and the second patterned sensing electrode layer, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being directly attached on the transparent substrate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.   
     
     
         16 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 8 , wherein the second surface facing the liquid crystal panel. 
     
     
         17 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 16 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the second surface of the second polarization plate and the second patterned sensing electrode layer; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.   
     
     
         18 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 17 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         19 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 16 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the second surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed on the second surface of the second polarization plate, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.   
     
     
         20 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 19 , wherein the second patterned sensing electrode layer is directly attached on the transparent substrate. 
     
     
         21 . The touch-sensing liquid crystal display panel according to  claim 16 , further comprising:
 a second patterned sensing electrode layer, disposed on the first surface;   a transparent substrate, disposed between the first patterned sensing electrode layer and the second patterned sensing electrode layer, and the second patterned sensing electrode layer being directly attached on the transparent substrate; and   an adhesive layer, disposed between the transparent substrate and the second polarization plate and configured to attach the transparent substrate to the second polarization plate.
