Elastic stretching gathered denim fabric jean

Abstract

An elastic stretching gathered denim fabric jean providing a custom fit and feel comprising a semi elastic denim fabric in a gathered state, a plurality of long elastic threads is stitched to the semi elastic denim fabric in an elongated fashion from a top portion to a bottom portion and a chemical treated top surface of the semi elastic denim fabric giving a new stylish appearance. The jean has a waistline portion and a bottom legging portion. The elastic stretching gathered denim fabric jean stretches to fit to the body of a wearer in a custom fit and the fabric in a more loosely gathered position giving the jean a very stylized new look adding a unique look and style to woman's jean market through a fabric gathering and elastic stitching method.

What is claimed is: 
     
         1 . An elastic stretchable jean comprising:
 a semi elastic denim fabric in a gathered state;   a plurality of elastic threads stitched to the semi elastic denim fabric in an elongated fashion; and   a top surface of the semi elastic denim fabric, the top surface being treated to get a new appearance;   whereby the elastic stretchable jean stretches to fit with body of a wearer giving a unique stylish look.   
     
     
         2 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric is closely gathered manually and/or by a machine. 
     
     
         3 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the plurality of elastic threads is sewn from a top position to a bottom position of the semi elastic denim fabric. 
     
     
         4 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric jean stretches to fit on to the wearer's body in a very custom fit giving a stylized new look. 
     
     
         5 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric is dyed and/or stone washed on a top surface to get the jean having unique look and style. 
     
     
         6 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the jean has a bottom legging portion, the bottom legging portion may have a variety of designs including the bottom legging portion tight to ankle and the bottom legging portion loose above ankle. 
     
     
         7 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the jean has a waist line portion with a variety of designs including a first design incorporating a plurality of belt loops for passing a jean supporting means and a second design without the plurality of belt loops around the waist line. 
     
     
         8 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the jean supporting means may be selected from a group consisting of belts, ropes and other fasteners. 
     
     
         9 . The elastic stretchable jean of  claim 1  wherein the jean stretches to fit on to the body of the wearer giving a custom fit with the appearance of a looser gathering, unique look and feel. 
     
     
         10 . An elastic stretchable denim fabric jean comprising:
 a semi elastic denim fabric squeezed into a gathered shape;   a plurality of long elastic threads stitched to the semi elastic denim fabric from a top portion to a bottom portion in an elongated fashion; and   a top surface of the semi elastic denim fabric, the top surface being chemical treated and/or stone washed.   
     
     
         11 . The elastic stretchable denim fabric jean of  claim 10  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric is separated and squeezed into a closely gathered shape manually and/or by a machine. 
     
     
         12 . The elastic stretchable denim fabric jean of  claim 10  wherein the top surface of the semi elastic denim fabric is subjected to dying and/or stone washing to give a new style with a worn-out appearance. 
     
     
         13 . A method for creating a stretchable denim fabric jean comprising the steps of:
 a) gathering a semi elastic denim fabric manually and/or by a machine into a closely gathered shape;   b) stitching a plurality of long elastic threads to the semi elastic denim fabric from a top portion to a bottom portion in an elongated fashion;   c) treating a top surface of the semi elastic denim fabric; and   d) stretching the jean to fit onto the body of a wearer giving comfort and new trend in style.   
     
     
         14 . The method of  claim 13  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric is squeezed and separated to give the closely gathered shape. 
     
     
         15 . The method of  claim 13  wherein the semi elastic denim fabric is treated during manufacturing process to get a unique look and style, treating includes dying and/or stone washing.
