Abstract

Disclosed is a water supply delaying structure installed on an inlet valve body of an inlet valve, including an external buoy, a delay buoy, and internal and external screws. The external buoy includes an upwardly-open chamber, open slots formed on a sidewall of the external buoy, an opening formed at the bottom of the chamber, a check valve loosely installed at the bottom of the opening; an end of the internal screw is adjustably coupled to the external buoy, and the other end of the internal screw is rotably fixed onto the inlet valve body; the delay buoy is floatably installed in the chamber of the external buoy, and an end of the external screw is adjustably coupled to the delay buoy, and the other end of the external screw is rotably coupled to a swing rod of the inlet valve body.

Claims

exact text as granted — not AI-modified
What is claimed is:

         1 . A water supply delaying structure of an inlet valve, installed on an inlet valve body, comprising an external buoy, a delay buoy, and internal and external screws;
 characterized in that: the external buoy includes an upwardly-open chamber, a plurality of open slots formed on a sidewall of the external buoy and interconnected with the chamber, an opening formed at the bottom of the chamber, an overflow pad installed on the corresponding opening and having an orifice formed at the middle of the overflow pad, a check valve loosely installed at the bottom of the opening; an end of the internal screw is adjustably coupled to the external buoy, and the other end of the internal screw is rotably fixed onto the inlet valve body; the delay buoy is floatably installed in the chamber of the external buoy, and the delay buoy has a downwardly-open cavity; and an end of the external screw is adjustably coupled to the delay buoy, and the other end of the external screw is rotably coupled to a swing rod of the inlet valve body to define a link between the delay buoy, the external screw and the swing rod.

         2 . The water supply delaying structure of an inlet valve according to claim 1 , wherein the chamber of the external buoy contains a hollow screw column disposed therein and having an internal thread formed on an inner wall of the screw column, and the corresponding screw body of the internal screw has an external thread corresponding to the internal thread of the screw column.

         3 . The water supply delaying structure of an inlet valve according to claim 1 , wherein the delay buoy has a penetrating screw hole formed thereon, an internal thread formed on an inner wall of the screw hole, and an external thread formed on the screw body of the external screw and corresponding to the internal thread of the delay buoy.

         4 . The water supply delaying structure of an inlet valve according to claim 1 , wherein the check valve has a hook disposed thereon and provided for hanging the check valve onto a hole of the opening of the external buoy.
